Complaint: 202209405 – Housing For Women
Unreasonable User Behaviour Warning. MM Response: Since the Housing Ombudsman Service is party to Housing for Women turn TERROR CELL discrimination and traumas of MEREVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON and ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON from the past 23 years escalated after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert joined H4W.
I am writing following your contact with this Service via email on 23 May 2024 at 6.18am. The photograph attached to the email is obscene and unacceptable. MM Response: Since the recipient failed to read the explanation with the attachment then I don’t think I have any need to defend myself. But I will anyway so the world understand what has been happening to me the past 10 years after the death of my mother with dementia.
The Housing Ombudsman Service is committed to taking action to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff who have a right to do their jobs without fear of being abused, harassed or subjected to obscene images. MM Response: So does Mervelee Myers who has had attempts made on my life to section, murder and kidnap me by the Metropolitan Police between 30th October 2017-May 2024. I was contacted by Richard Harty the mastermind of http://www.leyf.org.uk MIC and June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers. I will be doing an exposure about the TERRORCELL DRUGS DEN at 16 Alma Grove. For clarification this email that was shared by me is/was to highlight the length used to try and break me and denied me of my intellectual property, copyrights, images and CPPDP. All will be revealed in due course and how Housing Ombudsman Services that is party to H4W come into this that they received the email. Imagine how I was feeling getting targeted by this person via email and mobile phone. No different from what has been done to me with https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more.
Your actions are unreasonable and will not be tolerated. You should refrain from sending communications of this type, to ensure that your future actions do not breach our Unacceptable user action policy. MM Response: Since this is issued as a threat by Housing Ombudsman Service, I will return the compliment telling them that I will be creating aa video about HOS discrimination against vulnerable tenants.
Contact with this Service If further unacceptable behaviour is observed, further action will be taken to limit your
contact with this service. MM Response: When am finished the world will know about BEHAVIOURS.
How we manage unacceptable behaviour will depend on the nature and extent of it. MM Response: How about starting with the behaviours of the HOS in allowing H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to target vulnerable tenants like Ms. H. Presley.
Steps we may take include, separately or in combination:
restricting contact in person, by telephone, letter or electronically or any combination of these. MM Response: Is the writer of this aware who is Mervelee Myers?
restricting the frequency of contact. MM Response: How about addressing my complaint against the Housing Ombudsman Service. Because HOS is one of the most corrupt service existing.
