On 31 January 2024 we were contacted by the Housing Ombudsman Service and agreed to review your enquiry at stage 1 of the complaints process, I write to provide you with HfW’s response.
You complained to HfW about:
- Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: Refer to Deborah Agnes Gilchrist messages on YouTube after she was party to getting TikTok to kick me off. H4W is responsible for coercing Ms. Gilchrist and then Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert joined in. It’s not only the neighbour alone, as H4W sent their TERRORISTS HATERS to trigger me. Devonshires Solicitors LLP sent couriers here to discriminate too. Not to mention Tony Barbara from Number 9 and others in Alma Grove.
- HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails. I understand that to resolve your complaint you are seeking:
- For your report of ASB to be investigated. MM Response: I doubt very much that H4W have anyone in their employ capable enough to do this.
- For any wiped data to be reinstated and for any block placed on your incoming emails to HfW to be removed
In investigating your complaint, I have: MM Response: H4W is already exposed for what they have done to Ms. H. Presley and others. H4W turn TERROR CELL think they can get away by targeting Mervelee Myers from Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert joined. - Spoken to your Neighbourhood Officer, Trina Philbert. MM Response: Let Mervelee Myers put on record that Trina Philbert has not been trained to carry out the job of a Neighbourhood Officer.
- Spoken to colleagues in our IT team. MM Response: Your IT Team needs TRAINING.
- Considered our responsibility under the principles of Safeguarding. MM Response: Would coercing Ms. Gilchrist part of H4W responsibility under the principles of Safeguarding? Would Ms. Gibbs bringing man to my door without prior warning to lunge at me included? Would Devonshires Solicitors Narin Masera discriminatory antics including sending Police to my home on the 25th October 2023, leaving my husband going into a HYPO included? H4W can access the other breaches online where I invested in sharing stories applying the Augusto Boal Theatre of the Oppressed PEDAGOGY.
Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: Reference the Metropolitan Police CAD and CHS from 13th December 2021 when Ms. Gilchrist broke the glass of the communal door. To the letter of April 2024.
On 8th December 2023 you sent a video link to our legal representatives Devonshire’s Solicitors. The You tube video appears to be recorded from behind the front door of a residential property (which I believe to be your home) and details two voices. MM Response: Reference An Event in Walworth Road when I first mentioned in public Ms. Gilchrist discrimination. There are many more videos detailing Ms. Gilchrist and her partner Joe Hooper, Barbara, Tony and the Metropolitan Police engaging in ASB in my home from the first incident when Ms. Gilchrist alcoholism turn to more dangerous ASB against me and my husband. H4W in wiping my data was hoping that like LinkedIn that stolen my accounts, the first with 69 publications. Like Google My Business that suspended my accounts that are my investments. Like Twitter Legal Team that contacted me on behalf of BWB when the https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 was copied from John Fenton the Conman Summary and posted online making me a victim. When Facebook disabled my 18 pages account after updating to be on Des O’Connor WOMEN IN BUSINESS. TikTok suspension after 55K views and 300+ comments about the Local Government election in Jamaica and going viral about the laptop I bought for my 65th birthday. Instagram keep cyberbullying me. But YouTube take the biscuit with their deep fake digital cyberbullying. Why do I need to download an APP to see the video they removed on 1st of June 2024. I must promise to do training. Well let me send H4W to where they can find the video when I had the CRISIS and recorded my ECG. I can be heard saying I am not posting the video for “Sexual Gratification”. Yet the perverts claim I breach the SEXUAL Policy for the same thing I said am not doing. How many subscribers does H4W and Devonshires Solicitors have between them? Maybe H4W wants to look more closely at videos of how Mervelee Myers and Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson were victim of discrimination 2001-2024. They are online.
Devonshire’s shared with your video with the Neighbourhood Officer (Trina Philbert) on 8
December 2023 as you had not reported an incident to us, Trina wrote to you on 13 December
2023 to ask if you would like to log a noise complaint. MM Response: As stated before H4W is clutching at straws since Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed. Without Prejudice they were employed to carry out the TERRORISM and HATE CRIMES of H4W. Where is Samantha Gibbs? Why is Trina Philbert using her pregnancy as an excuse to cover her NEGLIGNENCE and IGNORANCE? - Our records show that you responded on
the same day, however your response was unclear, and no further attempts were made to clarify
the content of the email or establish if you wanted to log the complaint. MM Response: I consider this another SLUR on my name and character in addition to the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
We have now logged a report of ASB under case reference number 2024000045. MM Response: The failure of H4W and the Housing Ombudsman Service to understand the severity of their negligence in SAFEGUARDING my vulnerable husband who was left TRAUMATISE beggars belief. H4W is acting as if I only started living at 16 Alma Grove in 2022. - To fully understand the problems you have been experiencing, your Neighbourhood Officer will need to
meet with you to discuss the incidents, obtain the details of any witnesses and work with you to
develop an action plan. The meeting can take place on the phone or face to face. MM Response: H4W please refer to correspondence with Samantha Gibbs who is conveniently on long term sick leave. Also Trina Philbert using her PREGNANCY to further discriminate against me.
I have asked your Neighbourhood Officer to contact you to arrange an appointment. MM Response: Is Trina Philbert available or using her pregnancy to discriminate? To assist with her investigations and encourage a positive outcome, you will be required to complete the enclosed diary sheets and work with Trina and any other advised agencies. MM Response: As a person who held positions of authority in my job and volunteering Mervelee Myers put on record that Trina Philbert was trained by H4W to join the TERROR CELL targeting vulnerable tenants. For H4W information I was a Member of the Scrutiny Panel as the Minute Taker. MM Response: There is no need for Mervelee Myers to contact Trina Philbert and the e.g. the local authority noise/environmental team. MM Response: I have raised concerns with Southwark Council. The Southwark Adult Social Care Team of Candy Smith arrange a Mediation Meeting with Trina Philbert at my home. This was the only time I had seen Ms. Philbert apart from at HMCTS at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch. MM Response: As for the police they have tried to section, murder and kidnap me from 30th October 2017 to date. The Police and I go way back with a claims at CCMCC. Their involvement with H4W TERRORISM is documented online. The diary sheets will need to be updated with any new incidences of ASB as soon as possible after they occur and returned to your Neighbourhood Officer (Trina Philbert), via email to customer.service@h4w.co.uk. MM Response: Refer to Social Media.
Your compliant has not been upheld. MM Response: I will not argue with H4W maybe the solicitor who introduce BIPOLAR can deal with the CRIMINALS needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and VIOLENT NUISANCES.
HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails
The Head of IT has confirmed that at no point have we deleted data held on our tenants or blocked
tenants from sending emails to the business. MM Response: Well the Head of IT is a LIAR or needs new glasses. HfW commenced using a computerised database to log customer contact in 2013, ahead of this date all data was held on the tenancy files. MM Response: Where is my data?
Your compliant has not been upheld. MM Response: Reasons I will contest the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
HfW’s Policy for the Safegaurding and Protection of Adults at Risk
I have noted the comments you have made about how you are feeling and notification of your
husbands decline in health, and have asked your Neighbourhood Officer to complete a referral
to the safeguarding team. MM Response: Please refer to Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement that was used by H4W to further DISCRIMINATE against me. Those involved from Adult Social Care, the Metropolitan Police, Southwark Council are listed with the Housing Ombudsman Service NEGLEGENCE. Trina will be able to speak to you about the report she has made and any other support you or your husband may need when she contacts you. MM Response: Please refer to YouTube about how my husband was NEGLECTED in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. How Nurse Betty called Security to manhandle me on the 6th April 2024. Is no different from the actions of the Metropolitan Police who came to my home on the 27th February 2024 with battering RAM. After I was removed from my husband’s bedside on the 6th April 2024, I ended up in A&E as a result of the manhandling of the racist Security. I never saw my husband again until the 8th April 2024, six (6) hours after he died. Please make yourself available of the facts.
This concludes Stage 1 of our internal complaints process. MM Response: Because this my evidence proving H4W and Housing Ombudsman Service are colluding to deny vulnerable tenants our rights. This will be in my BOOK about Housing for Women Turn Terror Cell. I am sorry that you had cause to
complain to HfW. MM Response: Let Mervelee Myers tell H4W that they will be exposed by Mervelee Myers. I hope that this letter shows that your feedback has been fully considered and hope that you are satisfied with this response. MM Response: H4W know that this is just pouring salt in the wound of 23 years of Ms. Gilchrist TERRORISM that escalated when Ms. Gibbs and Philbert joined H4W. Devonshires Solicitors LLP Narin Masera will be exposed from the time she contacted me in July 2023.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you should reply within 20 working days explaining why you remain dissatisfied and what you are seeking as an outcome. MM Response: Is H4W for real? But since I have addressed these letters I will put them online so the public can be aware of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. Then District Judges Sterlini, Richard Hayes, Bell, Pigram, Naidoo will be added to the list from the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, the Crown Prosecution Services, IOPC, JCIO, SRA, BSB, HMPPS, CCMCC, CLCC, MOPAC, DBS are relevant in this matter.
