Request for an escalation to Stage 2 response to your complaint ref: 2024000031 and HOS ref: 202209405
We have been contacted by the Housing Ombudsman Service and asked to review your case at Stage 2 of our complaints process, I write to provide you with HfW’s response. MM Response: There should be no need for this except that the Housing Ombudsman Service is party to Housing for Women turn TERROR CELL against vulnerable tenants. Let me reference the case of Ms. H. Presley whose experiences can be found on Social Media.
You complained to the HOS service about:
- Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: Let us stop beating about the bush and name this tenant as Deborah Agnes Gilchrist and HfW will be charged for her 23 years of hate crimes. Because matters were escalated in 2022 when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert started working with H4W.
- HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails. MM Response: Fact and H4W will be exposed in particular I contacted my MP, the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin and others from the BAME Community to intervene to have this matter resolved.
Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: This goes back to 2001.
Following your breached injunction and the development of the legal proceedings (possession
and committal) against you, for your harassment, threatening, abusive and intimidating
behaviour towards staff, contractors and other Housing for Women tenants, this element of
your complaint now forms part of our proceedings against you. MM Response: Let Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson inform H4W that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL so therefore, those responsible will be named. In the first instance District Judge Sterlini has no jurisdiction to label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE because s/he was party with DJ Zimmel and Rand in the strike out of my claim against Winsome Duncan that reached Telephone Mediation. I am therefore asking that H4W and their Legal Representatives contact HMCTS to get the relevant information. If they are not available from the court then the court get negotiate with me to get them. There is evidence from the way Ms. H. Presley was treated that H4W uses Devonshires Solicitors LLP to carry out their discrimination of vulnerable tenants and HMCTS colluded with them.
We are next scheduled to attend court on 12 June 2024 (the details of which you are already
aware of) and we are unable to undertake any actions which could infringe or undermine the legal process. MM Response: Let Mervelee Myers remind H4W that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL so is therefore null and void. Let us reference my complaints to H4W in April 2019 for clarity and this can be seen in video format online.
This means we cannot presently, investigate this element of your complaint at Stage 2. MM Response: H4W will investigate as the proof is already online. The Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Metropolitan Police and any other Authorities that are party to this discrimination are already listed.

The Stage 1 response provided a satisfactory response to the point(s) raised in your complaint and we have not been informed of any changes to impact on the outcome of the Stage 1. For ease of reference a copy of the Stage1 response has been enclosed. MM Response: Well please consider reopening it then. Because this time I will mention the role of District Judge Richard Hayes and reference the month of July for ease of the impacts of breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and how Devonshires Solicitors LLP contacted me. I would advise H4W to contact the solicitors representing me for clarifications of my ARGUMENTS I sent to be edited. I will also be addressing matters throughout the month of June whilst my sons Kevin Donovan Murray and Valdin Legister are visiting. This aspect of your complaint will not be escalated to Stage 2. MM Response: Since my first COMPLAINT had gone to Stage 2 and I was waiting on H4W to respond this is irrelevant. I am only responding because I have experiences of how HMCTS corruption is widespread and used to drive vulnerable tenants over the edge.
To conclude, we are unable to progress your request to escalate your complaint to Stage 2 of our internal complaints procedure. MM Response: As stated before this is irrelevant and H4W must return to the first complaint that had gone to Stage 2 when H4W started acting like the VIOLENT NUISANCES and CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Mervelee Myers will have address these matters already with regards to District Judge Bell who had no jurisdiction to send me for Psychiatric Assessment but am grateful she did. District Judge Naidoo is a classic example of HMCTS corruption as on the 20th December 2023 I was not in court with him/her. Instead I had an appointment made by the GP Surgery that is party to the Systemic Discrimination after the death of my mother with dementia.
I will end by saying that H4W need to present the first complaint that reached Stage 2. My MP was involved and contacted H4W twice on my behalf. I also contacted others including the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin.
I will repeat the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL.
