O’HARE DIRECTOR OF ADULT SOCIAL CARE. On Wednesday 25th October 2023, I came home
from a Theatre of the Oppressed training to find my husband going into a HYPO. He had messed
himself up. This was triggered by the visit of PC James Murphy and a female colleague who
knocked on the window. The doorbell is not working and this knocking on the window by various
individuals involved in the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that led to the MUNCHAUSEN by PROXY
affecting me and my husband is exacerbating his condition. My husband thinks that closing the
curtains can stop situations like what James Murphy did to him. He was SCARED after receiving
the letter, just days after our experiences in Peckham. The patterns of HATE CRIMES are plain to be

seen from Housing for Women and Southwark Adult Social Care sending Police here on the 6th of
July 2023 to do Welfare Checks. The 300+ SAR is DEFAMATION accusing me of NEGLECTING my
husband. Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors used the same tactics to send out
parcels to my home on Sunday. Tried me behind my back whilst I was going through bereavement,
labeled a VIOLENT NUSIANCE by District Judge Sterlini involved with the case with Winsome
Duncan who stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent the Police to SECTION me. I am now a VICTIM of
Housing for Women TERRORISM. Am living in fear of my life from my neighbour DEBORAH
AGNES GILCHRIST who was coerced by H4W and the Police joined her in DISCRIMINATING
against me. She made a malicious report about an incident happening here on 10/1/2023. I have my
RIGHTS for the Police to act after I offered at “A New Met for London” to be a VOICE to help change

be taken. The evidence online proves that PC James Murphy’s visit to my home on 25/10/2023
BLACK HISTORY MONTH must be viewed from my arguments am a victim of the Judiciary of
England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service. My husband
and I are SLOWLY TORTURED to DEATH as I wrote to http://www.leyf.org.uk on the eve of MOTHERING
SUNDAY 2015. If WE DIE the evidence will convict those responsible. Since PC James Murphy
failed to respond to my email, I am forced to put on record that “Without Prejudice” I consider said
PC James Murphy a TERRORIST whose visit to my home triggered and exacerbated my husband
PTSD. If I did not arrive home when I did to get him out of the HYPO, he might probably have died in
the filth I found him in. Since I have proof my husband was okay when I leave him to go out to Mr.
Tony Cealy Theatre of the Oppressed. I am holding PC James Murphy responsible for the steady

THE MET POLICE IS PARTY TO DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN 30/10/2017 WHEN THEY FAILED TO
ACT ON MY CONCERNS ABOUT VERBAL THREATS BUT TURNED UP WITH THE NHS
AMBULANCE TO SECTION ME FROM A MALICIOUS REPORT. BREACHING OF THE EQUALITY
ACT PROTECTED CHARACTERISTICS WAS CONTINUED BY THE POLICE 30/10/2017 – JULY 2023
AND VISIT BY PC JAMES MURPHY ON 25/10/2023. I CONTACTED PC MURPHY VIA EMAIL TO ASK
FOR CLARIFICATIONS AND TAG OTHER RELEVANT PERSONS AND AUTHORITIES IN. I HAVE
NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. I AM LIVING IN FEAR OF
MY NEIGHBOUR WHO CAUSED ME TO BARRICADE MYSELF IN MY HOME ON CHRISTMAS EVE.
SHE TRIED TO ASSAULT ME PHYSICALLY ON OCCASION. SHE IS AN ALCOHOLIC TURN JUNKIE
AND HAS FRIENDS OVER AT ALL HOURS OF NIGHT AND DAY. SHE CLAIMS AM MAD. MADE
