DAD was stricken with Parkinson’s
Disease and my life disintegrated into danger
Discrimination has taken a toll each time I experience

DAMAGES me beyond repairs in 2023
2. E – Ervin Julius Emster Nembhard my baby brother is
Even more affected by the impact of disabilities and POVERTY
Everyone deciding to keep a stiff upper lip pretending
Everything will fall into place if we act as if
Ervin’s son Jevon is defined by his Multiple Disabilities the
EQUALITY Act Protected Characteristics is my guide
3. C – Mervelee Myers was made a
CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment to
Cover up the miscarriages of justice by the
Criminal Justice Systems the
CROWN Prosecution Services because I
CHALLENGE the Judiciary of England and Wales
CAREER Criminals at all levels of the Corrupt Legal Systems
4. R – Ratty Nembhard is a Rare Gem one Surviving Girl
RACISM has taken tolls on my health and wellbeing.
Reeling from 31 years of RACE RELATIONS in the UK
Reaffirm the Realities of the Race Riots and
Reasons I was brought to the media’s attention at the
ROYAL Courts of Justice when Extinction
REBELLION stage their protest and I sing and dance.
5. I – I Know Who I Am
I am Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson
INSPIRED by my Intuition to challenge the
Institutional Systemic Discrimination leaving me
INSTITUTIONALISED by a Criminal Record because of my
IDEAS, Ideologies, Inspirations, and Instructions to
INFORM others via my Open Book Lifestyle
6. M – Mervelee Myers was born for a PURPOSE
My MOTHER an Older Mum was unable to communicate.
Many Women were not able to MANAGE their Emotions.
MAMA Lou was one such person but my
MEMORIES of her is captured in the Eulogy I wrote about her.

7. N – NEMBHARD is my Family Name of which am Proud
Nembhard Family came out of Aberdeen St. Elizabeth
But what’s in a NAME as Mum used to say only one
Joint is Nembhard but I know more about my
Nembhard Family than Chambers because
Ivan Sandyman Nembhard was a Storyteller.
8. A – Most of my Brothers have a name beginning with A
ASHTER is the Brother who made the biggest impacts
ASHTER died in jail a CRIMINAL because no one listened.
To Anyone when we raised concerns
All my life I am the victim of ANGER and the
ALLEGATIONS that dogged my life from I developed
Chronic ANXIETY from Childhood Traumas
AGE when I was going through AGONY of Dad’s Disabilities
For more than a decade.
AMBITION that carried me through the world
Denied me my ABILITIES to have my ENTITLEMENTS.
9. L – LEYF must be charged with LYING
Labelled Me UURICA-LE after the death of
Mama Lou with Dementia after I fronted Ofsted at BIB

I was the LEADER of LEYF EYFS SENCO and Multigenerational
Curriculum the Practitioner who Developed the
LISTENING Ethos making LEYF a BEACON across the WORLD

My HUSBAND and I are 100,000 older people in the UK

13. Mervelee Myers must use my STATUS as the
Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to
The Grave to use my Open Book Lifestyle as the
Early Years Practitioner who develops the
Listening Ethos to share the Outpouring of my
Passion of CARING and SHARING to tell the WORLD.
Am a Victim of the Systems but refuse to be the
Voiceless, Vulnerable of once a MAN twice a CHILD
My Husband and I continue the FIGHT4JUSTICE.
