Afternoon Mervelee,

Sadly things are pretty full on with work at the moment, sorry for the delay.

Do you have any availability to meet me online either today or tomorrow please to address your concerns?

I have some availability between 2.30 and 4.30pm today or between 10-11am tomorrow if that works please?

Failing that we can speak during or after the event tomorrow.

I hope you have a wonderful day

Nigel

Subject: RE: Misappropriation of the Metropolitan Police

Good morning Nigel,

I will address the matter of the unprofessional conduct of Sharon Anthony from the Southwark Law Centre and yourself in the handling of the matter about the request for deleting of the video. I will further say that based on the treatment of the Metropolitan Police against me and my husband, I am hoping as part of this invitation to the meeting on Friday. The Police is willing to meet with me to hear my concerns and resolve the matter.

I have in my possession the video of the activity I’d done with your team with your consent. Others had done the recording. So were they asked to delete? There is the matter of the GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights 12 Codes. There were no notifications about recordings. I have other recordings and photos of the Police and you all signed my BOOK.

You are not making any sense about one of the officers who was respectfully asked not to be recorded. As for saying he asked after he was recorded is telling me that the Police has not made much progress in “Building Trust” especially with Mervelee Myers, who is the VICTIM of POLICE TERRORISM from I raised concerns about Winsome Duncan and Ryan Clement verbal threats and they refused to act. But turned up on the 30th October 2017 to SECTION me from a malicious report I wrote on Facebook, I was feeling SUICIDAL. The patterns of POLICE HARASSMENT is catalogue.

If you failed to address the matter, I have no alternative but to address this in my planned Black History Month celebrations.

I only heard about undercover officer from Sharon Anthony. If she deleted the recordings, I will challenge you in saying the others who recorded it should have been asked to do the same. I will therefore, use the recording I was sent along with others online of Police Systemic Discrimination to prove the Police is using Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy to push me over the edge to commit SUICIDE.

This does not make sense, and am hoping for a response before the meeting.

Regards

Mervelee Myers.

Good afternoon Mervelee,

Firstly it was a pleasure to meet with you on Saturday, discuss some of the New Met for London plan and the importance of community cohesion. Thank you for sharing via social media some of our interaction and importance of engagement work.

I note the emails I have received and apologise for the delay in responding, I have been on a period of annual leave and only officially returned today. I feel there has been a slight misunderstanding with regards to the event, officer interactions and the sharing of videos and hopefully can clear this up…..

One of the officers present had respectfully asked not to be recorded or details to be published online, hence I think the lack of sharing around some of the content recorded. Sadly I think the officer in question only asked after being recorded and in hindsight maybe should have stayed out of the videos. That said I would personally love to respect their wishes please.

No officer present was undercover, pretending to be anything else and as I understand it the content recorded was deleted and not shared based on the officers wishes.

I hope this makes sense and clears up any concerns.

I look forward to seeing you again on Friday and hope yourself and others copied in have a wonderful evening.

Kind regards

Nigel

Subject: Misappropriation of the Metropolitan Police

My name is Mervelee Myers and I am raising concerns about the unprofessional conduct of the organisers of the “Windrush Family Fun Day” on the 26th August 2023 at Elim House by Sharon Anthony and her team.

Let me provide some background information so there is no ambiguity for raising concerns. My association with Elim House started one day when I was walking for therapy and stopped to talk to a lady sat on the wall. I was advised to go to Elim House to speak to Aubyn. I was given the number, I called and made an appointment to visit. To cut a long story short that was the opportunity I needed to get back into doing what I am passionate about.

I started visiting the Centre and this led to my first performance at the Jamaica 60th Independence Celebrations reading my POEMS.

I will move along saying I got back in contact with Aubyn recently and that’s how I was sent the flyer for the event. I called Aubyn and explained why I prefer to speak to the person involved and would not just turn up for the event. I sent messages and spoke to the lady after my visit to the dentist.

When I got to the event I was asked if my photos can be taken. I agreed with the understanding that relevant data MUST be shared. That’s why I was in SHOCK when I asked Sharon for the data and heard her response.

I began to notice Sharon actions when she take the green chair that was at the space I was given put my wet coat on the soft chair with my stuff on it. She then asked me to pack up my things. I was the only person with a table with materials for adults about the theme “Windrush Day”. When she contradicted herself about the video the “REDFLAG” started flashing and I know I have to be careful based on the recent happenings where my “BEHAVIOUR” is questioned.

I am asking for mediation in this matter as am tired of the toll that “SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION” taking on mine and my husband’s health. I will make a list of those harvesting, stolen my  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY to build BRANDS. Please let me have what’s mine. I refute the LIES that the Police asked Sharon to delete the video, because it was recorded by others.

Awaiting an early reply.

Dear Mervelee,

Thank you for getting in touch with the Bishop of Dover and for sharing your concerns.

As you may imagine, Bishop Rose receives many requests from individuals and isn’t able to respond to them all, so I am sorry to say that Bishop Rose isn’t able to help you on this occasion.

Hi Fiona

Good morning Fiona

I was just testing the email. Please find my letter to my former employers asking for support in 2015 after the death of my mother. I am sad to report if I do not get help, my 100 year old husband will become the self-fulling prophecy of “SLOWLY DYING OF TORTURE”.

Thanks for your understanding.
