Discover the intersection of sustainability, pedagogy and environmental justice in the performing arts at this special two-day symposium at Royal Holloway, University of London on 9 June.
Keynotes include ‘A Journey at the Intersection of Ecology and Anthropocentric Theatre Tradition’ with leading director Katie Mitchell. Our Artistic Director Michael Walling will discuss the environmental initiatives within ORIGINS Festival. Joining Michael for the keynote is VOU, a phenomenal Fijian dance company who will discuss their show “Are we Stronger than Winston?” (ORIGINS 2017) a reflection on the cyclone which devastated the islands in 2016.
