I waited hoping I would have been contacted, but the GP Surgery failed to do so. When I decided to phone up, no one answered the phone. I tried another, got through and sorted out both outstanding matters.
I was called last Friday to go collect the medication at the Pharmacy in the afternoon. I arrived at the Pharmacy to be informed I am the 4th patient whose prescription was not sent.
