Here is my response to the following communication from YouTube Legal Team that breaches my Human Rights and the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and the GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights 12 Codes. I will address the issues in the body of the letter for YouTube Legal Team to understand I am exercising my rights as a Disabled Black Woman who has been discriminated against by the person who filed the privacy complaint regarding my content.
