The Solicitors Regulation Authority The www.sra.org.uk is just another of the Legal Entity which discriminated against me.
The Bar Standards Board The www.barstandardsboard.org.uk has not responded to my email since the last contact from Mr Michael Carter. The strike out of my Complaint to BSB is also used to argue Barrister Jones’ Claim. Therefore, this is a clear case of BSB colluding to discriminate against me. Other Defendants Since I was sorting matters, after contacting the CLCC, I contacted www.voicetheunion.org.uk and was told they get letter from the Court the Claims was strike out. I asked if VOICE did not contact me via Legal Representative asking for time? The Solicitors withdrew and I was contacted by another. Last I heard was the Claim was defended. I do not know what other games the CCMCC is planning to cook up.

This is Disability Discrimination. There are a Claim against the www.met.police.gov.uk Police. I guess they are waiting for it to be pushed under the carpet and forgotten. The same way PC Kevin Webster has not got back in touch with me after the Meeting at Southwark Police Station with Tammie Tebboth and Owen Pyle. I have them on video on the internet.
Claim Number: F20YM999 – I have not been contacted but Barrister Samantha Jones is the test Claim at CLCC. She is advocating on behalf of John Fenton. She knows they have acted unprofessionally using www.personnelconsultancy.com to act unscrupulously. And Mr Fenton represented www.leyf.org.uk pretending to be a Solicitor.

The CCMCC have acted in breach of the various Law, Legislation and Codes of Conduct and Practices. The Judiciary of England And Wales involvement with the CCMCC in Institutional Discrimination is evident with my dealing with HM Courts & Tribunals Service. Despite this is the second time I represented myself at the Employment Tribunal, there is www.voicetheunion.org.uk taking fee five years after I have not worked. Yet the CCMCC can strike out my Claims that is been Defended without my knowledge. The fact that all my Claims which the CCMCC and County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch can get away with after hiding the others and delaying the procedures to frustrate are sent to CLCC. Is another ploy in the discrimination for me to give up? Since I exhausted the ET and EAT sending my claims to the CLCC for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order is in Breach of my Human Rights and the Data Protection Act. The CCMCC is using their contingent Policy & Procedures to discriminate against a person who was made vulnerable.
