Today I can shout out with Gleeful Joy about the ongoing Achievements of my Grandchildren which are no mean feats. Donte’ got a Scholarship to Munro College & completed his 1st year. I was listening to him reading the Valadictory the other day & my head was swelling with Pride. I am still so TIRED from my hectic 2 weeks in JA. But big Ta to my Wonderful Husband who has being a Tower of Strength since the year started… The good news that I was promised back in JA from a Visionary Bro Ken keep coming in abundance… So all I can say is put Ur Trust in the Almighty Father & Ur Prayers will be answered 3 folds! Must say I really felt the Love yesterday from all my Colleagues at Team Luton Street Community Nursery – London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) who expressed how much they missed me these past 2 weeks! This have boosted my morals to top levels & I am truly grateful for the Sentiments. So I am reaching out to my manager Gemma Manns, deputy Mathew, Michelle H., Sunita B., Lucyanna Hiscock, Judy V., Suzanne, Manika, Koutar, Reiss, Sinita, Cads & my Ghana sister Madonna I. & all the former colleagues & students who passed my way for 4 years of collaborative working partnerships… I will miss U all, but will be still part of this massive Co that is LEYF. The send off Party will be on the 22nd. Then I shall be joining another Team closer to my roots in my Neck of the Woods. So Peckham here I come soon….?

My most abiding memory of my early Education was at the Townhead Basic School when it was situated at the Townhead Baptist Church premises. However although I have limited recall about those times, my Formative Schooling was at the Townhead Primary School. My word we had the best resources Who were the TEACHERS. They came from across the Island and sum chose to make Westmoreland & the localities of Townhead & surrounds their homes. 1 day I’ll have to do a Roll Call of the Teachers, but 4 now supn else. As I’ve always known 1 is never 2 old to learn. Yesterday I attended a training session & learnt about TOM – Theory of Mind. Wow am positive this TOM has been part of my Subconscious mind from b4 I was 4 years old…? Hence my so vivid Imagination. So once more I am intent on initiating my CPPDP & enhancing knowledge to keep the old Brain & Grey Cells ticking over. So today I must Salute All the TEACHERS over the years who played any part in Equipping me 4 Life. There are just not enough Words in my limited Vocab to express my Thanks. I will be forever Grateful 4 Your Input in Making Time 4 Us Your Pupils. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to doing my Small bit 4 the Future Generations & if any1 recall even 1 little thing I done 4 them I am more than Appreciative.
