I am unable to work in the BR and Central Office should have this on record, as I had told them about this at the #interview. Since then my conditions have gotten worse and I have additional ones now which makes it even harder to manage. I however said I could carry on working in the BR until the matter was sorted out and I was willing to contact CO myself to deal with the matter if the manager wanted me to. The matter was sorted in no time and Rumi went to the BR and me in preschool. #HildaMiller the area manager came and said it was she who said I should work in the BR, but was happy the matter was resolved.

Everyone made me feel welcome and when I spoke to the manager about my situation she reassured me I am in BIB now so there was nothing to worry about. I was the #happiest I was ever being for the longest while and I made sure to let everyone know. But I guess I must have been too #naïve as usual and trust people too much because before long I realised all was not as they should be. Because I was new in the setting and did not have any key children so was more or less floating between the BR & #Preschool I thought I would take the time to get to know the children. When Rumi was transferred to the BR, I took over her key group, but I was using the chance to capture evidence for all the children to put in their LJ because that is how I work. I just don’t see a child as my key child, but consider myself to be responsible for providing the EYFS for all of them to reach their individual potential. So I was in the process of collating evidence especially for the children for whom I had concerns and getting to know them.

I recalled once #Sao came to ask me about the observations I was writing and said I should put them in the child’s – Bezaleel’s LJ. I said I had done them rough and the key person could write them up. She claimed that I was to transfer them on the observation forms because I had done it, so I was responsible for writing on the forms. I said I would only do so if I was given time out and she came back to give me the time to do it but not before arguing with me. But I was surprised when LK comes to talk to me and said she was told I refused to do observations and Ofsted would be coming any time soon and they would need to see them. I reassured LK that she could rely on me to get whatever work done as I always stick to my words. On another occasion I made some rough copy of observations and said to Sao that the key person could write them up, but #Remi claimed that she did not have any time to waste to write up anybody’s observation they should do it themselves. I noticed however that when Sao wrote an observation for Mthulisi, she wrote it rough and gave it to me to copy on the observation form.

I just got on with it and did not make a song & dance about it as she and Remi had done. By then I realised it is one rule for me and another rule for others, so since I was the #newcomer I refused to upset the applecart. Although I tried to capture children in group activities and documented observations, some either don’t take account of them or just leave them where I handed them over. So of late I focus on documenting the information for my key children and get on with the job as I would like to start up making #Homemade Books for BIB. But time does not allow as I have to be dealing with one thing or another like making sure I #record what have been happening since the beginning of January 2015. I only have 1 observation in Elizabeth’s LJ from Remi, however since #Rujina cam she gave me 1 for K’mari. All I done is asked Rujina to write her name on the piece of paper and pasted it on the observation form.

Remi said she was given the job of implementing LEYF Nurseries ethos at BIB, but the others were not supportive and reported her to LK. I noticed the #conflicts Remi spoke about especially during Room Meetings when the others told Remi the nursery is not LEYF, but BIB and no one was going to bring anything from outside there. They did not care where we come from and I just viewed those arguments as the BIB team refusing to move with the time and accepting some of the changes that were expected.

I hear Sao using the exact same terms when I explained about taking the  CEO #Multigenerational Working from Luton Street into BIB. Since #Benedicte raised the Multigenerational – Silver Sunday that I promoted celebrating #Theresa as a #volunteer at BIB as her 1st grievance with me. Because she claimed when she asked me… and she cannot even mention the name – Multigenerational or Silver Sunday – LK have to supply the answer. I told her to go and do her research and she feels that I was rude in saying that to her? The crux of the matter is I find that people #interprets things the way they want to suit their arguments. Because I explained to Benedicte that Silver Sunday was celebrating the elderly folks and this is part of Multigenerational.

The CEO is #passionate about it and it would be good on her CV if she knows about Multigenerational Working, so it is best for her to do her research. I never for the life of me knew I had offended anyone by telling them to do their research. Because for me research is carried out as part of the job anyway. After listening to what both Benedicte and #Flavia had to say tonight about me telling someone to do research, I am flabbergasted and is left to assume that was where I went wrong. Because of me telling Benedicte to do her research about Multigenerational working I am assuming she is carrying a grudge as #Carol was the 1 who asked this question in the meeting? I kept wondering why she kept saying “I AM SCARED OF YOU” after I started, but today things are beginning to become much clearer.

I noticed that tonight she was so traumatised that she is literally shaking and could not get her words out. Then she is saying things that even if “I Don’t Come To Work Tomorrow…?” I just can’t imagine what I have done to Benedicte to be getting this sort of #reactions from her in a room full of colleagues. So I will now have to make sure I am #never alone with her as I don’t want her to make any more ALLEGATIONS against me? I can remember clearly when I made the Book of Cards with the children and decided to extend it to include all the #grandparents and Zachary wanted to make the card. Benedicte asked what that was about and when I told her she said “ME AND ZACHARY DON’T CELEBRATE NOTHING”.

At the time I thought it was very strange of her but it never dawned on me why as per usual I always take people at face value. I never got any support doing the celebrating and singing for Theresa until after I had finished and called LK to come and join in the photos. Bendicte made up her mind to #judge me from I started as she kept saying she is #scared of me and during 1 of the RM said she felt we were not giving her the respect she deserved because she is the #youngest and she felt she is the only one who should be talking.

All I said at the time was for her to get on with the meeting because I never enquired of anyone’s age when I started. And although she is RL everyone have the right to talk about matters to do with our work as we were not there only to be #dictated to. I only became aware of Benedict’s reason for saying why she don’t celebrate anything when Sao told me when I started the Black History Month celebrations and the children were making flags and shape persons to reflect their diverse multicultural #identity. Because in the RM Benedicte said we should ask the parent’s permission before we do activities with the children and since I was only doing activities to support, enhance and extend the children’s development and learning across the EYFS. I could not see the reasons for getting permissions.

Things only became clear when we started the Christmas activities and Benedict could not stop herself from showing her #disapprovals. But because I have worked with colleagues who are #Jehovah’s Witness and this is the 1st time I am coming across such reactions. I had the impressions that we are not allowed to make our #religion and #politics part of our work, but I could be wrong? Anyway because I am into celebrating all kinds of #festival as part of my Job Description in promoting #equalopportunity I never for a moment thought celebrating #Christmas should be an issue and just got on with the job. The day after #Stella visited I was doing the shape people activity with the children when Benedicte come to ask why I was doing that activity. Since I had been doing this activity over a period of time, #differentiating it for the age groups.

I asked Benedicte if it is the 1st time she saw me doing the activity and she said no but she wants to know what it is about because she is the Room Leader. I asked her if this meant I have to justify my work to her before doing them and I have done studies and trainings to give me the knowledge to provide a #balanced curriculum. She said because YOU HAVE A DEGREE IT DON’T MATTER. When I began to justify my arguments about her saying my Foundation Degree didn’t matter she said that is why I don’t talk to you because I am SCARED.

I took her by the shoulders sat her down on a chair and said “I AM A TACTILE PERSON SO I HOPE YOU DON’T MIND ME TOUCHING YOU?” I SAID PLEASE DON’T BE SCARED OF ME, I AM HERE TO HELP YOU AND YOU ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB! After I’d finished speaking to her I got Flavia’s attention and asked her to tell Benedict what she told me to do with the shape persons, but I realised Flavia is reluctant to speak to Benedicte. So I explained Flavia told me I could use the shape persons as display in the Maths Area. I tried to #fit in as best as I could and thought I was doing a good job implementing and promoting LEYF ways of working at BIB whilst recognising the fact that I am new to the setting so I have to respect the way how the BIB team do their job. I had already brought copy of the #ECAT form and given it to LK and she and #Mewe promised to look for it on the computer.

As far as I am concerned I had done my job and the rest was up to LK. LK later told me that Hilda had brought the ECAT forms over. When Stella visited LK told me that she was organising ECAT trainings with Stella for all the staff. I introduced the #Activity Planning providing a copy for all to see when I done the 1st Focus Activity and started my folder to document evidence of how we support, enhance and extend children’s learning in the areas of the EYFS. OFSTED had picked up on the fact that the 3-5 years old teaching were lacking in the #Specific areas. During one of the RM, Benedicte was talking about some matter that came up at her trainings with #Garry & #Gill re speaking to parents about their children for whom there are concerns. She mentioned Tayandre’ and Abdul and asked what the key persons were doing. I told Benedicte I had spoken to LK the SENCO and Tayandre’s mum about my concerns and what I was planning to do.

Some mention was made about the ECAT form as it is on 1 of the observation forms that is used and Benedicte asks “WHAT IS THAT?” I explained what the form was and told of the fact that LK said Hilda had taken the forms in and went to my locker to get a copy to show the team. I realised Benedicte had a different #approach to her work from mine, but I was not there to question her practice only to do my job and try to inspire and motivate the team to work toward LEYF standards that I am accustomed to. So whenever she give #instructions like duties for the day I #complied and even go a little further helping out where I can as part of the team. During the Christmas seasons when it was her time to do the Circle Time she did not practice with the children, but since I mostly focussed on the younger children I just got on with the job.

One day she asked if I think I was #confident enough to practice with the children because Flavia was on break. It was obvious from the question that Benedicte was not trying to get to know the person who is #MerveleeMyers, but had already made up her mind about me so she was just sticking to her #jaundiced view of being SCARED of me, for what reasons only she knows. This came to ahead on the day of the Christmas Play when the children were getting ready and we were practising. During a lull in the practise she asked what was happening and she was going to sing Wriggly Fish.

I told her we should carry on practising the Christmas Songs as we should not be changing at this late stage now it is almost time for the play. She said you know I don’t sing Christmas Carols and I said you don’t have to, and she #flounced off. I just cannot understand why Benedicte got so worked up about the Christmas celebrations because I did not noticed ZACHERY’s mum acting in any way different over any of the things she objected to. Zac asked to make the Silver Sunday card to take home when I said it was for grandparents. Mum came in a pointed out the #Trinidad flag on the Display Board and talked about it with him. She asked if she could take the Snow person’s cup Zac made that Sao displayed on the window sill home. Benedicte was the one making a big #fuss over the whole matter. I realised everyone is #afraid to talk about her practice in front of her face, but I have heard whispers that I am not going to repeat about her.

I have always being told from I was little that hearsay cannot go to law and if I say someone say something and they say they did not. It is my word against theirs and that is not what I am about. But I have to make sure I put in writing that lots of things were said before I got to the wedding about work and Benedicte said lots of things about me primarily that I was #nothappy. And since that was the 1st thing LK said to me on the Monday when she called me to the office I am going to say now that Benedicte is the one who has made up those stories about me saying I am not happy with management along with the other things I was #alleged to have said about other staff at CO. I have absolutely no dealings with some of those staff so I don’t know what I could have to say about them. Everyone who reads the CEO letter would know I am writing about THERESA after I have done my Research.

I have been working with LEYF for 5+ years now so I am sorry in case I #offend anyone that I do most things the LEYF way and all I was doing is trying to help BIB to work within LEYF ethos, but after what Sao said tonight I will refrain from upsetting anyone. However as a #Knowledgeable practitioner I think it is only right that I be allowed to do the job role that is in my Job Description without #barriers, #constraints and #limitations placed in my way. Since I come to BIB I have introduced practice that was not been implement before. Everyone knows that I have been making Homemade Books as part of my practice to show how we carry out certain of the EYFS curriculum and the CEO knows about this. Hence the reasons she endorses the Write up I am doing on Theresa Salmon.

Julie my former manager at Luton Street was the one who told the CEO about my projects of writing Homemade Books on one of her visits when we had the media visiting. The CEO applauded my efforts and took one of those books to work on to be used as a learning tool for LEYF. So she knows about my passion and I read her #blogs and follow her on Social Media. At the recent staff meeting I felt picked on and most of what were said were done to #belittle and #undermine the work I have done over the 5+ years I worked with LEYF and what I since brought to the BIB setting. Only at the time I did not know the reasons for the reactions I was getting.

On the Thursday after the SM I saw Benedicte & LK in the office when I was leaving and little did I know what was in motion. The next day I got in and even thou I heard LK had gone to CO for an #Emergency meeting, it never dawned on me it was about me until after LK came back & we were supposed to have a meeting, but she said she was advised not to discuss the matter. However during the supervision LK was so #distraught about the matter I couldn’t help but #apologised if I had caused her any distress. Even then it never dawned on me that Benedicte was the one making ALLEGATIONS about me and this story started from we attended Rumi’s wedding. This only became clear on the Monday when we had the meeting between LK & I & Remi as the facilitator.

I was gobsmacked by some of these allegations and then there were those matters of things that happened in the nursery. I was #accused of not doing anything much and all I do is writing. I have explained that in order to do the excellent work especially on the LK, I have to make my jottings as a #memory jogger, so when I am ready to write up I have the information to hand. As for Joyti, I realised that she is taking out her incompetency on me and trying to use me for a scapegoat. She goes out of her way to provoke me to get a reaction out of me and has linked head with Benedicte to wind me up. Because how else can I explain that me asking someone if they had finished speaking to me to be RUDE?

Then #Joyti keeps coming to the door to #peep on me in the preschool only to ask me if I was on my own and when I said I am here with 2 children she saw that as not giving the correct answer to her question. Of course before I was aware of this fact everyone was going to LK complaining about me, but when I went to report her saying I am disturbing her, she can’t understand why. Joyti realised I know what she is up to because since I spoke to LK she changed her tune towards me. Then on Friday when I spoke to her about the child settling in and she presumed….? I told her to ask to go and shadow in another nursery where she don’t have the responsibility of being on the floor She begins to apportion blame saying she did not get an INDUCTION.

As far as I am concerned she has been in the setting long enough to pick up tips about how to perform her roles and responsibility by now. She spends her entire days writing in her book and standing round doing absolutely nothing. Then when I am showing her evidence of the children engaging and learning from the enabling environment provided from the planning, she took the planning form down to asks Flavia what the initials I wrote meant. I rest my case that nothing we told her from she came to the setting has sunk in and I don’t know when anything will? She realised I know exactly where she is at so that is why she is #disgruntled with me.

I could do what she is supposed to be doing with my eyes closed. And then she has the nerves of hiding behind her status of being Deputy Manager and at the same time abusing her position, but Benedicte is also doing the same and sees a shadow behind every corner waiting to take away her post. They can rest assured because l am not interested in anyone’s position. Since I have learnt or deduced that Benedicte is responsible for those ALLEGATIONS that were made against me and I am adamant that I never said those things I would like it put on record that she must have some axe to grind or have motives for doing what she is doing to me. The only conclusions I can come to after tonight’s meeting is that she felt I have offended her for telling her to go do her research about Multigenerational and I made sure the children celebrated the Christmas Play and because she don’t celebrate anything because she is Jehovah’s Witness then I have done something terrible to her?

She is holding a GRUDGE and she thinks by going to LK with those ALLEGATIONS she could get rid of me. Pity she don’t know I have been through even more than this and I am still #fighting on. However I am not just going to sit back and allow her to #gang up on me with the rest of BIB team and treat me like an outsider whilst at the same time DESCRIMINATING against me by Harassing & Bullying me, hiding behind some perceived offence of which I did not knowing did any such thing – telling her to do her RESEARCH about Multigenerational?

LK said she did #not read the letter I gave to her today in place of the meeting we were supposed to have on Friday with Joyti. Instead she puts it in my file, but how is she able to understand things from my point of view. I hope LK will take the time to read my concerns about all the persons involved in making these ALLEGATIONS about me and reading between the lines. Because if she is not careful some of these same people will be causing trouble for her as they want to take over her job. I have written a full account about the 2 weeks and I intended to give to LK, but I have thought better of it and will be using same as my Defensive Practice because I don’t want to lose tracks of how the events unfolded. One day who knows, LK might need it when they show their hands and come out in the open with their plans?

I will never forget what #Nicola did to me and this is one of the reasons why I am very weary now of the people who are around and me and endeavour never to let my defensive mask slip again. Nicola abused her power of her authority breaching my Basic Human Rights when I was feeling vulnerable because of my health conditions. She tried to stich me up making false allegations about my professional conduct and the way I do my work. Although I moved on from the incident I believed she came to BIB and tried to cause trouble stirring up conflicts amongst the team and pretending she had the interest of BIB at heart. But all she was interested in was making a name for herself as she tried to curry favour and climb up the career ladder. I can attest to this fact after she visited #Henry Fawcett and called back to say how the place was dirty and not was going on there. I was left to wonder what had she gone back to report about BIB. As she came in with her superior airs after OFSTED visited saying nothing was happening. Strangely enough, Joyti came and is saying the same kind of things even though it is evident she haven’t got the faintest clue about practice.

Update: Matters have #escalated to the point now where I don’t know what else to do to please everyone concerned. I have even decided to give up my #rights just so I can #survive, but to no #avail.

The Employment Tribunal Failed Me!

Mrs Mervelee Myers v London Early Years Foundation (LEYF)

Case Number: 230047/2016

Communications with the Respondent LEYF Nurseries after 15th February 2017

Respondent’s Representative – Mr John Fenton, Personnel Consultancy Ltd, The.
In response to Mr #JohnFenton letter of the 8th February 2017, I would like to continue with my #DefensivePractice documenting evidence in my defence. Mr John Fenton is now saying he will not be in the United Kingdom from the 15th February 2017 to the 5th March 2017. Therefore he will not be responding to correspondences/communications to do with this claim that is part-heard and recommences on Tuesday the 28th February 2017.

Analysis 30/8/2018: This is the pattern of how the Respondent chose to act unprofessionally from as far back as before I was forced to resign. If you look at the correspondences with Senior HR Dilys Epton, it can be noted that her excuses were she is/was away on annual leave. This pattern continued when Barrister Samantha Jones who informed the judges that she did not prepare a case, got the Case adjouned with a manufactured sickness overnight.

I have no authority concerning Mr John Fenton’s sudden decisions, but he admitted on the 21st December 2016 after the #adjournment of the case that he is “NOT A SOLICITOR, but #HRManagement” and I don’t have a clue how this might impact on the case. Because I have no “#LegalTrainings”, except I have done my “#Research”. Mr John Fenton has breached the “#HumanRightsAct1998 and the UK Data Protection Act and the Equality Act, 2010” colluding unprofessionally with the Respondent to “DISCRIMINATE against me” from we corresponded with each other and met, from 15th March 2016.
But “#WithoutPrejudice” I would like to bring to the Employment Tribunal Courts attention that from the first time Mr John Fenton met me at the “Preliminary Hearing on the 15th March 2016”, I discussed with him about my intentions.

Analysis 30/8/2018: I was contacted by Bates Wells Braithwaite on the 25th September 2015. After the Open Letter and other correspondences, I did not hear from them again. Mr Fenton gave me the impressions when we meet on the 15th March 2016 that her was representing BWB. I did not hear from BWB again until after the ET judgement was posted online. Then BWB got Facebook and Twitter Legal Team to contact me. It’s since going through documents for the EAT that I realised that LEYF correspondence stated that Mr Fenton was consulted when I put in my Grievances for Discrimination and reasonable Adjustment.

These #intentions involved the “Safeguarding of the Employees Jobs, so the Respondent should consider the ACAS Conciliations”. Mr John Fenton made it clear he knew I could not handle the “STRESS” of the Employment tribunals case. I asked if he’d seen my FILE, and he said yes. He could only get the information from my FILE about me not being able to handle the #stress. But what did the Respondent and Mr John Fenton do, continue to treat me like I am an idiot. That’s why we are at this stage, when the matter could have been resolved #amicably.

Another of my intentions was to get the justice with my “#Fight4justice” campaign that was launched on Social Media with the Respondent’s knowledge when they refused to listen to me and “GAGGED” me from the 30th January 2015. Hence the reasons I was contacted by the Solicitors Bates Wells Braithwaite on the 24th September 2015”. I don’t understand Mr Fenton’s reasons for suddenly #jumping ship. I told him verbally and in written communications about all he needed to know about the Respondent’s “INCOMPETENCE and UNPROFESSIONALISM” from March 2015 to date. Now he has put his career in #jeopardy he is making sure he is not in the UK, but he will have questions to answer on his return.

Analysis 30/8/2018: I am part of Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper Ref:01/12. Recommened to ACAS: research@acas.org.uk & www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. There is a Clause 15. I informed Isabella Glen about this during the Investigation on the 12th March 2015 at BIB. Barrister Jones keep reiterating that I know if I was sacked, I could not get another job. The Respondent know I was blacklisted and networking against. That’s why the same place I started when I joined the Respondent’s organisation, I left with safeguarding flagged. That’s why I am unable to get a job.

I am hoping Ms #SamanthaJones is fully recovered from the “CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS” that caused her GP to #quarantine her on the 21st December 2016 which caused the adjournment of the case. Not only that, I would be grateful to be #forewarned about any “Health Conditions” that might impact on my DISABILITIES during my attendance at the Employment Tribunals from the 28th February to 3rd March 2017.

Analysis 30/8/2018: If the Respondent look through my FILE they will see at Declaration of Health that I used the word #holistic”? Well that’s the grounds on which the EAT have been granted. Looking at Lynne Kelly “Witness Statement” she states that I told her about my diabetes from day one. However the Respondent did not inform her. Now what fact did the ET judges used to come up with their judgement? I informed them the Respondent did not update the contract I signed in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Since I learned that one of the Witnesses Mr #RashidIqbal has resigned from the Respondent’s employ, his last day was the 8th February 2017. I would like to know who will be answering the questions I have for that witness.

On the day Mr John Fenton, Mr #ChesterPinder and I met at the Employment Tribunals on the 15th March 2016, I asked about the relationship between him and Ms #DilysEpton. Without Prejudice, I would like Ms Epton to address this question in the absence of Mr John Fenton.

I am very disappointed about the way the Respondent have gone about the way I was treated from the 23rd July 2014 to date. But not only that, they have #ruined all of the fond memories I have of my working partnerships with them from 1st September 2009 to 22nd July 2014. That’s the reason I will ensure that #lessonsarelearned so that no other employees and their families are DESTROYED to suit the egos of the type of Leaderships and Management at London Early Years Foundation. The Respondent have destroyed the work of the “#Pioneers, the Founders of Westminster Children’s Society” for their own selfish self-gratitude to become the biggest, in the Early Years Sector.

Analysis 30/8/2018: If the Respondent is/was such a good employer, why are their staff leaving?

I am on a #mission to get justice for my fellow former colleagues who were DISCRIMINATED against for supporting me. Not only that the Respondent continue to operate MODERN DAY SLAVERY PRACTICES as they abuse their power of authority as a “#LegalEntity”. However they are not learned enough to employ a Qualified Trained Solicitor to represent their case.

In so doing the DISCRIMINATION continued to #trigger and #exacerbate the DISABILITIES that caused me to be stripped of my BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS.

On 26 July 2017, The UK Supreme Court handed down the judgement in the case of R (on the application of UNISON) v Lord Chancellor [2017] quashing the relevant Tribunals fees order. Just communicating with Angella Hanson via messaging about her struggling with #cancer, I have chosen this to be my next write up for obvious reasons. This was the year 2013 and lots began to change in my private/personal and public life during the beginning to the end of the year. This was the year which lead up to my son Valdin Legister deciding to make me one of the happiest mum on earth with his decision to get married to Naheel Julene Brown Legister. Remarkably, I had not meet the young lady before stepping foot in Jamaica on the 22nd December 2013 at Sangster’s International Airport.

My life up until 2013 was more like a roller coaster, as I was #diagnosed with arthrites in 2010. In 2012 I was on the diabetes borderline, before the pressures caused me to have #type2diabetes. By this time I learned how to cope with my Tom’s diabetes and going into hypos. But this was only to add pressures to my #ChronicAnxiety that I was diagnosed with in July 2006. I have to get the diagnosis from my GP at Landor Road Surgery because they would not accept that I have disabilities of #Parkinsons without a Medical Report. Since I did not have a diagnosis for Parkinson’s disease, although it’s in my DNA. I have to settle with what my GP decided. I need to go back and enhance my knowledge about the different take on models and deficits, starting with Eugenics.

I was doing the exam for the UNISON, sponsored Health & Social Care Level 2 certificate at the The Open University. Although I used to take #valium to help calm my nerves, I was averse to medications. So during studies, I learned about the early intervention strategies that I could apply using a holistic approach to managing and controlling my disabilities. At no stage did I ever chose to hide my disabilities or any progressive health conditions of mine. I chose to make my life an “#OpenBook” sharing my personal experiences with my stories to help others.

As can be verified from FacebookGoogleLinkedInTwitterFlickrYouTubeTumblr, et al. I am a credible witness unlike the stories put out by LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF that I am #uncoorporative#unprofessional#rude#intimidating#confrontational#aggressive and #lackingempathy as soon as I returned from burying my mother. The cull had already started, getting rid of the employees who help to build LEYF into the #brand that was a recongnisable across the globe. There were rumours and on the spot resignation of #KarenWalker Head of Children Services. It was another shock when #Dearbahala who was doing the job of interim lost out to #RashidIqbal.

From thence it was like the herd stampeding and staff was just getting out, including the manager of Luton Streeet #JulieWeise. The atmosphere at LEYF was one of everyone looking over their shoulder. #TinaGegoriou stepped down from area manager to manager and a new breed of #Leader_Mangament took over. But nothing prepared me for what happened to me when I returned from my son’s wedding. This was after spending one of the most bitter sweet 4 weeks of my life with my family. My stories are documented in cyberspace for anyone who wants to verify whether I am a credible witness.

I am touched when the little things I do like offering words of comfort to #AngellaHanson result in her sending me her appreciations. I am wishing I could do something to help her. But who knows after the Employment Appeals Tribunal, I might be able to help her publish her stories to a wider audience for a better outcome for her and her young children?

I will end by saying I have been #scammed by both male and female who I thought were in sympathy with my plight over the past 4+ years. That’s why I will not trust another person to listen to them, if they ask me for a favour. I am sorry the good will have to suffer fdor the bad. My focus now is primarily for my #husband. But I still have mind on a certain Mr Person to try and make connections, but that’s in the for later agenda.

On the celebration of Martin Luther KING’S Speech “I HAVE A DREAM…” I would like to take this opportunity to show my Respects to all the MEN who have played important parts in my Life throughout the years!

In particular I’d like to make mention of Arnold Ebenezer TOMLINSON the Special Man with whom I shared the past 11+ years & counting. He has being my Rock & the Solitary Support in my times of need as he continues to make valuable contributions to my welfare & wellbeing. Now he is less than 1/2 the man he was when I met him I’d like to take this opportunity 2 say how much I treasure & cherish all he has done for me over the years.

It has been brought home to me more poignantly what my Mum had to do when my Papa couldn’t do the work any more. So these days I am the Woman & 1/2 the Man in my household now. After working the long BH weekend & then having to go finish up the garden I was dead beat.

If TOM could manage I wouldn’t have to do it, so now I know even more about the processes of when ill-health & old age take their toll on a person? So I salute U MEN who stand by Ur Folks through thick & thin!!! Amen & Glory to GOD!!!

6+ Years At LEYF & No Data!

Discrimination Is Against The Law Facebook!

I am chosing this as my first Facebook memories to write about today because for some reason, I will be able to tell a good story about my time working at LEYF Nurseries www.leyf.org.uk – #LEYF, Luton Street Community Nursery.  This is where I spent 4+ years of my working life of the 6 years I slaved at LEYF, working to secure my pension. As I learned from studies at the The Open University, a photograph can tell a million words of a story. I was encouraged by my tutors at Lambeth College to go to #university and take up #writing because of how I was able to use my experiences to help with my assignments.

Only last week, I meet one of my former peers who we studied together at LC. Joy Grant was one of my peers who insisted that I went to university because of the way I was able to break down the subjects into bite size (#understable) chunks and explain to them what the tutors expected of us. We were employed at William Wilberforce Lambeth Walk Day Nursery. I was recommended by one of my tutors and at one stage there were 3 of us, Anna, Joyce and Mervelee from college working there. My CV is on social media platforms, verifying my credetials.

This was the workplace where I meet #JoelleLax, who would go on to play major roles in my life later. Joy left to have her #baby, I left after a while and I am not too verse about more, fromthat period of my life. But can always go back in my memories when I am over this horrible 4 years to find some of the pleasant memories I experienced in my first job as qualified #NurseryNurse. I have some photographs on my wall as well as stuff stash away because I am a hoarder. Gaining a #qualification and graduating with #StudentofYear Awards meant the world to me for varying reasons. Joy told me that she returned to live in Nottingham, United Kingdom, about 8 years ago. She was visiting London and going back the day after I had seen her.

Yesterday I was in the garden, pottering around and couldn’t help making a video about my experiences. Of course I had to reflect on my contributions to the different workplaces over the years. However my most valuable contributions were made at Luton Street where I was transfered to from Fitzrovia Community Nursery. This was where I started with Westminster Children Society now LEYF on the 1st September 2009. Although I was bullied and harassed by #MariaGoncalves and #MariaFreeman, this was when Joelle Lax spoke up about my professionalism when we were colleagues that saved me from not been left out in the wilderness and out of employment in my chosen career for good.

But I am thankful I was transferred to Luton Street where my #empowerment began, thanks to the team at Luton Street. The manager #JulieWeise saw my potentials and I was given free reigns to help develop Luton Street into one of the leading settings at LEYF. But believe me because I am a credible witness, when I went to Luton Street not much was going on. There were more #AgencyStaff than LEYF staff. Sometimes I find myself doing the jobs of 3 staff. But for me this was like the challenge I needed to show my knowledge and expertise from been a #BasicSchoolTeacher from Jamaica. And also the studies I done at Lambeth College and the Open University www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies.

Working collaboratively in the team, Luton Street became a model for the other settings. As can be witnessed from the 6 lines reference by Senior HR Dilys Epton, flagging safeguarding, I covered in other setting apart from those I worked in. By 2011, Luton Street was considered the hub where best inclusive practices was happening. I got published in the Nursery World Magazine for reaping the potatoes we planted in celebrating St Patrick’s Day 6-9 September 2011. By Wednesday 5/9/2011, I was on Sky News covering the “Cost of Childcare”. I used the opportunity to plug my #HomemadeBooks.

The CEO #JuneOSullivan chose one of my books to be upgraded into a teaching and learning tool. The book chosen is/was  #Consultations. If in doubt check the LinkedIn Forum that I was a member of until I was excluded when LEYF got others to discriminate against me. #LizRobers editor of the Nursery World Magazine eventually showed her hand when she emailed me. She didn’t just stopped there, she got 2 young white men to stalk me at the #NurseryWorldShow2017. And acted like I owed her an apology at the #NurseryWorldShow2018.

I represented LEYF at trainings, Community Playthings UK in 2011. Then later on work in partnership in communities of practice until October 2016. Then they too joined with LEYF to discriminate against me. I attended consultations, at Mark Allen Group and at other functions. However I was not considered good enough for the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner in November 2012. Even when I was the only staff shortlisted for interview. After facing another #meltdown after building up my hopes and getting shunned again, I chose a different direction for the rest of my life. I decided to continue working for my #Pension.

By this time I was officially the EYFS coordinator and SENCO in status and not only when there was no one else to fit in. Taking on the role of Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator as I consider myself to be an expert authority on subjects from cradle to the grave. I am/is/was more of a background person because of my hidden disabilities. I continued promoting and implementing best inclusive practice working in collaboration with the best team of colleagues I am/was privileged to work with throughout my working life, here in the UK or Jamaica.

Luckily I chose to make my life an Open Book, when I decided to stop hiding from my past at King’s College Hospital. Because what UNISONLondon Borough of Southwark SEND Section, the Local Educational Authority, et al done to me, left me experiencing mental health conditions. Dealing with the pressures of the Employment tribunals whilst working full time is no mean feat. That’s why I am in Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper for the Policy Studies Institute. This was recommended to Acas. The unprofessionalism of Capsticks, Wimbledon left me dreading dealing with solicitors like Bates Wells Braithwaite. And the situation with the union left me weary of Voice: the union for education professionals.

Since I have been documenting my stories to help others from I joined social media on the invitation of LEYF Nurseries CEO in 2011. I am so lucky to have my defensive practice to counteract the way how I have been made a victim. Therefore I can be found at Google and the rest is history. I refuse to accept the #radicalisation at https://www.facebook.com/public/Mervelee-Myers. This started from November 2016 despite me having my Fight4justice campaign. Facebook allowed LEYF access to my account for them to discriminate against me from 18th September 2015.

Then in August 2017 after the reserve judgement was posted online, www.bwbllp.comwww.bwbllp.com got Facebook and Twitter Legal Teams to contact me. Facebook continued with the discrimination locking me out of my account and they don’t realise that I am operating within the framework of the Rules of Law. The Employment Tribunal Law is not fit for purpose. The same way how I informed #JudgeFreer#MsFennel and #MrDixon that the contract I signed was not updated in line with the Equality Act, 2010.

I don’t trust Facebook, so I copy everhting before posting. They have away of deleting my work.

 Formal Complaint of Grievance to Facebook

This is a formal complaint to Facebook for breaching of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 25th May 2018. Also for breaching the Human Rights Act and the Equality Act 2010. The Equality Act prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment.

My Facebook has been used as my journal for recording my early intervention strategies used in managing and controlling my disabilities from February 2010. When I have no one to talk to, I use Facebook for therapy by writing down my thoughts. My stories are documented in cyberspace on social media platforms. Even I was surprised with the amount of information about me when I was researching to bring my case to the Employment Tribunal against www.leyf.org.uk.

Misuse of my data: On or before the 18th September 2015, Facebook breach their policies and procedures by giving www.leyf.org.uk access to my data. LEYF used the data to hold a meeting at New Cross Nursery on the 18/9/2015 to continue the discrimination against me. (Refer to ET Bundles – Facebook posts). Additional evidence is contained in correspondences from www.personnelconsultancy.comwww.personnelconsultancy.com dated 1st February 2017.  Mrs M Myers v London Early Years Foundation. Case Number: 2300047/2016. Request for an “Unless Order” for a breach of an order by the Claimant.

Bullying, harassment and intimidation:  I was called to a meeting at CO on the 22/9/2015 when Neil King in the presence of Dilys Epton tried to bully me into writing a resignation. Print out from my Facebook was used as the bait to blackmail me (ET Bundles – Facebook posts). Despite representing myself http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding decided to preside over another miscarriages of justice and make me a victim.

Suspension: I was suspended on the 22/9/2015 when I was unable to write the resignation owing to my disabilities. (Refer to: Big Childcare Conversation, Middlesex University 19/9/2015). I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson 2012 Research Paper Ref: 01/12. Recommended to www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. I informed Isabella Glen about this during the investigations based on allegations from the time I transferred to BIB on 23/7/2014.

  4. Using my vulnerability against me so they can have legitimate reasons to lock me out of my account. With claims I breach their Policies & Procedures.
  5. Despite changing my passwords 3 time on the same day, I could not log into my account
  6. Sending me photos of people not my Facebook friends to identify.

 Facebook wants to deny me access to my data to stop me using it for my defensive practice – “Without Prejudice

  1. I used Freedom of Information Act Subject Access Request to get my data from LEYF and the Department of Justice www.gov.uk.
  2. LEYF claims the only data they have is what I give them in the ET Bundles. They don’t even have record of the CEO Long Service Awards.
  3. That’s why Facebook want to lock me out of my account no doubt “without prejudice” after LEYF paid them?
  4. I am prepared to die for my rights and if that means challenging Facebook, I will with my Fight4justice campaign.
  5. Facebook have much more to lose than Mervelee Myers, so let’s continue to play this game.
  6. I will post this in the public domain, once I have given Facebook time to think about how they have been triggering and exacerbating my disabilities with the direct and indirect discrimination.
  7. If I do not hear from Facebook by or before the 17th July 2018, I will be posting this on my blog.

Adhering to Rules of Law

I consider this to be a grievance because Facebook refuse to work with me to resolve this matter amicably. My disabilities mean that I am unable to function with this hanging over my head. So I will revert to type to be in control and keep my dignity. I can’t promise how long I can cope with this situation. I am dealing with terrorism on a daily basis inside my home that should be a sanctuary. So I am using a different strategy to deal with this. I will set up my website to show Facebook and the world the kind of life I have been left to lead. My hidden disabilities and childhood traumas were triggered into PTSD after the death of my mother. If Facebook take time to look at how I have been helping others by making my life an Open Book, they would be better served to be delivering Community Standards.

Who is the terrorist, who are racist, cowardly prejudicial bigots? Who abuse their powers of authority and who from the Legal Entity discriminate?

After events of the past weeks 04.01.15 – and the Emergency meeting tonight 19.01.15 I have no other alternatives rather than to address the issues with BIB team and #BenedicteSiewe in particular. Because I know from prior experiences that if I just sit back and let matters take their course one day I might live to regret not acting at my perils? When I visited BIB before starting on 23rd July 2014, I was told that I was to work in the Baby Room because the staff were already assigned and BR is the only place where there is a position. I shared the information with the manager that because of my #conditions, I am unable to work in the BR and Central Office www.leyf.org.uk should have this on record, as I had told them about this at the #interview.

Since then my conditions have gotten worse and I have additional ones now which makes it even harder to manage. I however said I could carry on working in the BR until the matter was sorted out and I was willing to contact CO myself to deal with the matter if the manager wanted me to. The matter was sorted in no time and #Rumi went to the BR and me in preschool. #HildaMiller the area manager came and said it was she who said I should work in the BR, but was happy the matter was resolved. Everyone made me feel welcome and when I spoke to the manager about #mysituation she reassured me I am in BIB now so there was nothing to worry about. I was the happiest I was ever being for the longest while and I made sure to let everyone know.

But I guess I must have been too #naïve as usual and trust people too much because before long I realised all was not as they should be. Because I was new in the setting and did not have any key children so was more or less floating between the BR & Preschool I thought I would take the time to get to know the children. When Rumi was transferred to the BR, I took over her key group, but I was using the chance to capture evidence for all the children to put in their LJ because that is how I work. I just don’t see a child as my key child, but consider myself to be responsible for providing the EYFS for all of them to reach their individual potential. So I was in the process of collating evidence especially for the children for whom I had concerns and getting to know them.

I recalled once #SaoBanya came to ask me about the observations I was writing and said I should put them in the child’s – Bezaleel’s LJ. I said I had done them rough and the key person could write them up. She claimed that I was to transfer them on the observation forms because I had done it, so I was responsible for writing on the forms. I said I would only do so if I was given time out and she came back to give me the time to do it but not before arguing with me. But I was surprised when LK comes to talk to me and said she was told I refused to do observations and Ofsted would be coming any time soon and they would need to see them. I reassured LK that she could rely on me to get whatever work done as I always stick to my words. On another occasion I made some rough copy of observations and said to Sao that the key person could write them up, but #Remi claimed that she did not have any time to waste to write up anybody’s observation they should do it themselves. I noticed however that when Sao wrote an observation for Mthulisi, she wrote it rough and gave it to me to copy on the observation form. I just got on with it and did not make a song & dance about it as she and Remi had done. By then I realised it is one rule for me and another rule for others, so since I was the newcomer I refused to upset the #applecart.

Although I tried to capture children in group activities and documented observations, some either don’t take account of them or just leave them where I handed them over. So of late I focus on documenting the information for my key children and get on with the job as I would like to start up making #Homemade Books for BIB. But time does not allow as I have to be dealing with one thing or another like making sure I record what have been happening since the beginning of January 2015. I only have 1 observation in Elizabeth’s LJ from Remi, however since #Rujina came she gave me 1 for K’mari. All I done is asked Rujina to write her name on the piece of paper and pasted it on the observation form. Remi said she was given the job of implementing LEYF Nurseries ethos at BIB, but the others were not supportive and reported her to LK. I noticed the #conflicts, Remi spoke about especially during Room Meetings when the others told Remi the nursery is not LEYF, but BIB and no one was going to bring anything from outside there.

They did not care where we come from and I just viewed those arguments as the BIB team refusing to move with the time and accepting some of the changes that were expected. I hear Sao using the exact same terms when I explained about taking the CEO Multigenerational Working from #LutonStreet into BIB. Since Benedicte raised the Multigenerational – Silver Sunday that I promoted celebrating #TheresaSalmon, as a volunteer at BIB as her 1st grievance with me. Because she claimed when she asked me… and she cannot even mention the name – Multigenerational or Silver Sunday – LK have to supply the answer. I told her to go and do her research and she feels that I was #rude in saying that to her? The crux of the matter is I find that people interprets things the way they want to suit their arguments. Because I explained to Benedicte that #SilverSunday was celebrating the elderly folks and this is part of Multigenerational.

The CEO is passionate about it and it would be good on her CV if she knows about Multigenerational Working, so it is best for her to do her research. I never for the life of me knew I had offended anyone by telling them to do their research. Because for me research is carried out as part of the job anyway. After listening to what both Benedicte and #FlaviaFoddai had to say tonight about me telling someone to do research. I am flabbergasted and is left to assume that was where I went wrong. Because of me telling Benedicte to do her research about Multigenerational working I am assuming she is carrying a #grudge as #Carol was the 1 who asked this question in the meeting? I kept wondering why she kept saying “I AM SCARED OF YOU” after I started, but today things are beginning to become much clearer. I noticed that tonight she was so #traumatised that she is literally shaking and could not get her words out. Then she is saying things that even if “I Don’t Come To Work Tomorrow…?”

I just can’t imagine what I have done to Benedicte to be getting this sort of reactions from her in a room full of colleagues. So I will now have to make sure I am never alone with her as I don’t want her to make any more ALLEGATIONS against me? I can remember clearly when I made the Book of Cards with the children and decided to extend it to include all the grandparents and Zachary wanted to make the card. Benedicte asked what that was about and when I told her she said “ME AND ZACHARY DON’T CELEBRATE NOTHING”. At the time I thought it was very strange of her but it never dawned on me why as per usual I always take people at face value. I never got any support doing the celebrating and singing for Theresa until after I had finished and called LK to come and join in the photos. Bendicte made up her mind to judge me from I started as she kept saying she is scared of me and during 1 of the RM said she felt we were not giving her the respect she deserved because she is the youngest and she felt she is the only one who should be talking.

All I said at the time was for her to get on with the meeting because I never enquired of anyone’s age when I started. And although she is RL everyone have the right to talk about matters to do with our work as we were not there only to be dictated to. I only became aware of Benedict’s reason for saying why she don’t celebrate anything when Sao told me when I started the #BlackHistoryMonth celebrations and the children were making flags and shape persons to reflect their diverse multicultural identity. Because in the RM Benedicte said we should ask the parent’s #permission before we do activities with the children and since I was only doing activities to support, enhance and extend the children’s development and learning across the EYFS. I could not see the reasons for getting permissions. Things only became clear when we started the #Christmas activities and Benedict could not stop herself from showing her disapprovals. But because I have worked with colleagues who are #Jehovah’s Witness and this is the 1st time I am coming across such reactions.

I had the impressions that we are not allowed to make our religion and politics part of our work, but I could be wrong? Anyway because I am into celebrating all kinds of festival as part of my Job Description in promoting equal opportunity I never for a moment thought celebrating Christmas should be an issue and just got on with the job. The day after #Stella visited I was doing the shape people activity with the children when Benedicte come to ask why I was doing that activity. Since I had been doing this activity over a period of time, differentiating it for the age groups. I asked Benedicte if it is the 1st time she saw me doing the activity and she said no but she wants to know what it is about because she is the Room Leader. I asked her if this meant I have to justify my work to her before doing them and I have done studies and trainings to give me the knowledge to provide a balanced curriculum. She said because YOU HAVE A DEGREE IT DON’T MATTER. When I began to justify my arguments about her saying my Foundation Degree didn’t matter she said that is why I don’t talk to you because I am SCARED.

I took her by the shoulders sat her down on a chair and said “I AM A TACTILE PERSON SO I HOPE YOU DON’T MIND ME TOUCHING YOU?” I SAID PLEASE DON’T BE SCARED OF ME, I AM HERE TO HELP YOU AND YOU ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB! After I’d finished speaking to her I got Flavia’s attention and asked her to tell Benedict what she told me to do with the shape persons, but I realised Flavia is reluctant to speak to Benedicte. So I explained Flavia told me I could use the shape persons as display in the Maths Area. I tried to fit in as best as I could and thought I was doing a good job implementing and promoting #LEYF ways of working at BIB whilst recognising the fact that I am new to the setting so I have to respect the way how the BIB team do their job. I had already brought copy of the #ECAT form and given it to LK and she and #Mewe promised to look for it on the computer. As far as I am concerned I had done my job and the rest was up to LK. LK later told me that Hilda had brought the ECAT forms over.

When Stella visited LK told me that she was organising ECAT trainings with Stella for all the staff. I introduced the Activity Planning providing a copy for all to see when I done the 1st Focus Activity and started my folder to document evidence of how we support, enhance and extend children’s learning in the areas of the EYFS. OFSTED had picked up on the fact that the 3-5 years old teaching were lacking in the Specific areas. During one of the RM, Benedicte was talking about some matter that came up at her trainings with #Garry & #Gill re speaking to parents about their children for whom there are concerns. She mentioned Tayandre’ and Abdul and asked what the key persons were doing. I told Benedicte I had spoken to LK the #SENCO and Tayandre’s mum about my concerns and what I was planning to do. Some mention was made about the ECAT form as it is on 1 of the observation forms that is used and Benedicte asks “WHAT IS THAT?” I explained what the form was and told of the fact that LK said Hilda had taken the forms in and went to my locker to get a copy to show the team.

I realised Benedicte had a different approach to her work from mine, but I was not there to question her practice only to do my job and try to inspire and motivate the team to work toward LEYF standards that I am accustomed to. So whenever she give instructions like duties for the day I complied and even go a little further helping out where I can as part of the team. During the Christmas seasons when it was her time to do the Circle Time she did not practice with the children, but since I mostly focussed on the younger children I just got on with the job. One day she asked if I think I was confident enough to practice with the children because Flavia was on break. It was obvious from the question that Benedicte was not trying to get to know the person who is Mervelee Myers, but had already made up her mind about me so she was just sticking to her jaundiced view of being SCARED of me, for what reasons only she knows. This came to ahead on the day of the Christmas Play when the children were getting ready and we were practising. During a lull in the practise she asked what was happening and she was going to sing Wriggly Fish.

I told her we should carry on practising the Christmas Songs as we should not be changing at this late stage now it is almost time for the play. She said you know I don’t sing Christmas Carols and I said you don’t have to, and she flounced off. I just cannot understand why Benedicte got so worked up about the Christmas celebrations because I did not noticed ZACHERY’s mum acting in any way different over any of the things she objected to. Zac asked to make the Silver Sunday card to take home when I said it was for #grandparents. Mum came in a pointed out the #Trinidad flag on the Display Board and talked about it with him. She asked if she could take the Snow person’s cup Zac made that Sao displayed on the window sill home. Benedicte was the one making a big fuss over the whole matter. I realised everyone is afraid to talk about her practice in front of her face, but I have heard whispers that I am not going to repeat about her.

I have always being told from I was little that #hearsay cannot go to law and if I say someone say something and they say they did not. It is my word against theirs and that is not what I am about. But I have to make sure I put in writing that lots of things were said before I got to the #wedding about work and Benedicte said lots of things about me primarily that I was not happy. And since that was the 1st thing LK said to me on the Monday when she called me to the office I am going to say now that Benedicte is the one who has made up those stories about me saying I am not happy with management along with the other things I was alleged to have said about other staff at CO. I have absolutely no dealings with some of those staff so I don’t know what I could have to say about them. Everyone who reads the CEO letter would know I am writing about THERESA after I have done my Research.

I have been working with LEYF for 5+ years now so I am sorry in case I offend anyone that I do most things the LEYF way and all I was doing is trying to help BIB to work within LEYF ethos, but after what Sao said tonight I will refrain from upsetting anyone. However as a Knowledgeable practitioner I think it is only right that I be allowed to do the job role that is in my Job Description without barriers, constraints and limitations placed in my way. Since I come to BIB I have introduced practice that was not been implement before. Everyone knows that I have been making Homemade Books as part of my practice to show how we carry out certain of the EYFS curriculum and the CEO knows about this. Hence the reasons she endorses the Write up I am doing on Theresa Salmon. #Julie my former manager at Luton Street was the one who told the CEO about my projects of writing Homemade Books on one of her visits when we had the media visiting. The CEO applauded my efforts and took one of those books to work on to be used as a learning tool for LEYF. So she knows about my passion and I read her blogs and follow her on #SocialMedia.

At the recent staff meeting I felt picked on and most of what were said were done to belittle and undermine the work I have done over the 5+ years I worked with LEYF and what I since brought to the BIB setting. Only at the time I did not know the reasons for the reactions I was getting. On the Thursday after the SM I saw Benedicte & LK in the office when I was leaving and little did I know what was in motion. The next day I got in and even thou I heard LK had gone to CO for an Emergency meeting, it never dawned on me it was about me until after LK came back & we were supposed to have a meeting, but she said she was advised not to discuss the matter. However during the supervision LK was so distraught about the matter I couldn’t help but apologised if I had caused her any distress. Even then it never dawned on me that Benedicte was the one making ALLEGATIONS about me and this story started from we attended Rumi’s wedding. This only became clear on the Monday when we had the meeting between LK & I & Remi as the facilitator.

I was gobsmacked by some of these #allegations and then there were those matters of things that happened in the nursery. I was accused of not doing anything much and all I do is writing. I have explained that in order to do the excellent work especially on the LK, I have to make my jottings as a memory jogger, so when I am ready to write up I have the information to hand. As for Joyti, I realised that she is taking out her incompetency on me and trying to use me for a scapegoat. She goes out of her way to provoke me to get a reaction out of me and has linked head with Benedicte to wind me up. Because how else can I explain that me asking someone if they had finished speaking to me to be RUDE? Then #Joyti keeps coming to the door to peep on me in the preschool only to ask me if I was on my own and when I said I am here with 2 children she saw that as not giving the correct answer to her question. Of course before I was aware of this fact everyone was going to LK complaining about me, but when I went to report her saying I am disturbing her, she can’t understand why.

Joyti realised I know what she is up to because since I spoke to LK she changed her tune towards me. Then on Friday when I spoke to her about the child settling in and she presumed….? I told her to ask to go and shadow in another nursery where she don’t have the responsibility of being on the floor She begins to apportion blame saying she did not get an INDUCTION. As far as I am concerned she has been in the setting long enough to pick up tips about how to perform her roles and responsibility by now. She spends her entire days writing in her book and standing round doing absolutely nothing. Then when I am showing her evidence of the children engaging and learning from the enabling environment provided from the planning, she took the planning form down to asks Flavia what the initials I wrote meant. I rest my case that nothing we told her from she came to the setting has sunk in and I don’t know when anything will? She realised I know exactly where she is at so that is why she is disgruntled with me.

I could do what she is supposed to be doing with my eyes closed. And then she has the nerves of hiding behind her status of being Deputy Manager and at the same time abusing her position, but Benedicte is also doing the same and sees a shadow behind every corner waiting to take away her post. They can rest assured because l am not interested in anyone’s position. Since I have learnt or deduced that Benedicte is responsible for those ALLEGATIONS that were made against me and I am adamant that I never said those things I would like it put on record that she must have some axe to grind or have motives for doing what she is doing to me. The only conclusions I can come to after tonight’s meeting is that she felt I have offended her for telling her to go do her research about Multigenerational and I made sure the children celebrated the Christmas Play and because she don’t celebrate anything because she is Jehovah’s Witness then I have done something terrible to her?

She is holding a GRUDGE and she thinks by going to LK with those ALLEGATIONS she could get rid of me. Pity she don’t know I have been through even more than this and I am still fighting on. However I am not just going to sit back and allow her to gang up on me with the rest of BIB team and treat me like an outsider whilst at the same time DESCRIMINATING against me by Harassing & Bullying me, hiding behind some perceived offence of which I did not knowing did any such thing – telling her to do her RESEARCH about Multigenerational?

LK said she did not read the letter I gave to her today in place of the meeting we were supposed to have on Friday with Joyti. Instead she puts it in my file, but how is she able to understand things from my point of view. I hope LK will take the time to read my concerns about all the persons involved in making these ALLEGATIONS about me and reading between the lines. Because if she is not careful some of these same people will be causing trouble for her as they want to take over her job. I have written a full account about the 2 weeks and I intended to give to LK, but I have thought better of it and will be using same as my #DefensivePractice because I don’t want to lose tracks of how the events unfolded. One day who knows, LK might need it when they show their hands and come out in the open with their plans?

I will never forget what Nicola did to me and this is one of the reasons why I am very weary now of the people who are around and me and endeavour never to let my defensive mask slip again. Nicola abused her power of her authority breaching my Basic Human Rights when I was feeling vulnerable because of my health conditions. She tried to stich me up making false allegations about my professional conduct and the way I do my work. Although I moved on from the incident I believed she came to BIB and tried to cause trouble stirring up conflicts amongst the team and pretending she had the interest of BIB at heart. But all she was interested in was making a name for herself as she tried to curry favour and climb up the career ladder. I can attest to this fact after she visited Henry Fawcett and called back to say how the place was dirty and not was going on there. I was left to wonder what had she gone back to report about BIB. As she came in with her superior airs after OFSTED visited saying nothing was happening. Strangely enough, Joyti came and is saying the same kind of things even though it is evident she haven’t got the faintest clue about practice.

Update: Matters have escalated to the point now where I don’t know what else to do to please everyone concerned. I have even decided to give up my rights just so I can survive, but to no avail.

Edited 13/8.2018: I would like Facebook to go back to my response to their Legal Team after www.bwbllp.com contacted them when the ET reserved judgement was posted online. I have had enough of the terrorist cells operating in the UK like what happened at LEYF www.leyf.org.uk that caused parents and former colleagues to write reviews on the website. Now I am not allowed to use any of those in evidence. But Facebook give LEYF access to my account to use against me. Now they trying to take my account away as this is my defensive practice.

My Response to Facebook – Edited 13/8/2018 Facebook this is a trick to lock me out permanently. You are doing exactly what my former employers LEYF Nurseries have done since you first block me in November 2016. You are now using my #vulnerability of having #disabilities against me to lock me out. I have been using Facebook as therapy from I join in February 2010.
What you are doing is in breach of the #GDPR. My data belong to me and not Facebook. What community standards have you upheld when it comes to me? I have data to prove my case that the Employment Tribunal Servicespresided over another miscarriage of justice. But you denying me access to my data to help them prove that I am who they say I am at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda…. Nothing have changed from the discrimination at King’s College Hospital that triggered my childhood traumas into PTSD.

What Facebook done was tried using tactics to #wrestle my account away from me #permanently? Some of these tactics were inclusive of asking me to identify Facebook friends. In one of the captions circled was my #nephewwho is not on Facebook with my brother Ervin Nembhard, who is on. But my brother’s name was not in the list. There were not much options available, either and some of the photos and names I could not identify nor recognise.

As with the response about trolls, Facebook have the audacity to discriminate against me again over the matter of Bulb. Now this morning I notice I was prevented from responding to comments on my own posts in the The Westmorelite. Is this not breaching Facebook policies and procedures? Or is this because I am unable to advertise as I once did, because I have not worked since I resigned with a nervous breakdown?

My Own Business Agenda By failing to adhere to their own policies and procedures like what LEYF Nurseries done to me, Facebook is in fact breaching the GDPR. Facebook needs to go back and review my account from the time I joined officially in February 2010. At one stage Facebook bring an account that I used AOL email for me to sign in with. Now maybe I need to find some legal experts to help me with this matter about discrimination and taking away my rights to my data and intellectual properties?
