As a child growing up in Jamaica, we always celebrated “POPPY DAY” ON THE 11TH November. And although I do not have much memory of this “Remembrance Sunday was celebrated with much zeal to honour those who fought in the “World Wars” and I guess that’s all I can tell anyone about the history of the celebrations back then. That’s why I am going to continue praising the “power of knowledge” and the impact of me “enhancing knowledge has had on my life” from I came to the UK.
