Gary’s perspective is that of being “planted”, not buried by every interaction, setback, difficult situation and conversation. This growth mindset has provided him with a well-rounded view of life and being successful, which can benefit you.
The path of coaching and mentoring is a very logical next step as Gary has had the most joy focusing on the success of his clients and individual team members. Shifting his focus to coaching he can see the value it provides and how working with a coach can significantly improve careers. Gary is fully engaged to leverage his global journey and experience to benefit individuals and their careers.
