Hi Helen & the Team

I am getting myself ready for the visit to fit in with the date that is most convenient for you.

I am preparing some songs, poems, and stories from the Caribbean to get everyone involved in the day’s activities. Then we can round off with music and some dancing. I wouldn’t say I am verse in doing all the new dances that are more suited to the younger generations like the Ney-Ney. But I am still prepared to do what I can in the spirit of the moment.

I will come prepared to do cooking that is simple and easy to fit in with the allocated time frame. I will bring the saltfish, ackee and plantains. Of course, you can get self-rising flour for frying, the cooking oil, onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes. Of course, I will bring some spices.

I will come dressed in my Traditional outfit and bring along some artefacts. I am so looking forward to the day.

However I would like the School permission to video some or all of the activities we do…? That is so I can document evidence of my abilities to do presentations as part of my Continuing Personal Professional Development Plan. I am looking for innovative ways to earn money as I am not in paid employment at the moment.

As I have said I will make the arrangements from my end. All I need for you to say that the last Wednesday in October 2016 is the best options.

This is to once again give due notice to Connex-Education and their subsidiary to refrain from sending emails to me about noreply@connex-education… Since I contacted Connex-Education before via emails about taking me off their mailing list and no one is taking notice, I am exercising my rights to have this done in the next two weeks or I will be seeking Legal Advice.

From I registered with Connex-Education I have been asked to write reports about the reasons for the Reference written by Senior Human Resources Dilys Epton from London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) that I complied with. Connex-Education in choosing to not respect my wishes to be removed from their mailing list is breaching my Human Rights and the Data Protection Act 1998 by exacerbating and triggering my disabilities of CHRONIC ANXIETY and DEPRESSION. Connex-Education do not think I am professional enough to be sent on jobs, but they can ask me to refer people to them to get jobs.

If Connex-Education do not desist from sending me emails that are repetitive for non-existent jobs, then I will be taking further actions and putting them in the Public Domain as conspiring and colluding with (LEYF) to keep me out of work.

Once more please accept my apologies for thinking that Connex-Education is a reputable and professional organisation, but no they are in cohorts with (LEYF) to discriminate against me indirectly.

Thanks for taking note of my concerns and the way l am been affected by the continuing emails that don’t give me any chance of getting a job.

Transfers: (1) From Fitzrovia Community Nursery – Luton Street Community Nursery – April 2010 – July 2014.

Reasons: Manager took my enthusiasm for sharing my knowledge in the Role of SENCO she appointed me to as threats to her own lack of knowledge after the Early Years Teacher decided to empower me sharing knowledge and expertise to do the job. Because I challenged the unfair treatments not to be harassed, bullied and intimidated when carrying out my job, I was targeted, labelled and victimised. However I worked as a professional collaboratively from a shared vision (see former colleagues reference – Patricia Sessions – appendix 1).

Transfer: (2) From Luton Street Community Nursery – Bird In Bush: Spent the better part of my time working with LEYF at Luton Street Community Nursery – April 2010 – July 2014. I have 2 folders of evidence of my work that can be seen if necessary to prove my contributions of fulfilling the Job Description for the CONTRACT I signed in 2009. (Relevant copies of evidence of contributions – April 2009 – July 2014 – appendix 2).

                                         Waiting for Transfer: 

I applied for transfer for years when HOC first opened and requests sent out for practitioners to apply. I thought I was accepted when I was visited by 2 Persons in authority at Luton Street Community Nursery. HR Dilys Epton & Area Manager Maria Freeman only visited to question why I’d applied for a transfer. I thought it was clear why I’d applied in my application as the notice was there for anyone who wished to do so. My application was not accepted and I leaned from prior experiences at Fitzrovia, when Maria Freeman was involved to be weary of getting on the wrong side of her. I was warned about how she operated and had personal experiences after that as lots of negative things were said about me because I was not their cronies.

At this time I did not know Dilys, but things go round at LEYF like Chinese Whispers. With no other choice, I carried on working at LSCN after applying for numerous jobs and had to come to terms with the rejections that I would never get another job because I’d challenged inappropriate practices as I was taught to do at College/University. I covered in HOC and realised I could not have managed with my health conditions anyway. So when I was literally been forced to take up a post there after I’d applied again for transfer closer to home, I declined the offer.  

Transfer: (3) Bird in Bush Nursery From 23.07.2014 – 17.03.2015 – House of Commons. I applied for Brixton when I heard it was taken over by LEYF, but got news of a setting that was even closer to home that was taken over – BIB. I was happy when I was eventually transferred there. I joined the BIB team bringing along my enthusiasm and ethos I’d been empowered with as a long time LEYF employee with years of dedicated services to an organisation I considered a beacon, despite the few flaws. Because no matter where anyone venture in life, they will never ever find the ideal anything – personal or professional situation! Once I done my best working collaboratively from a shared vision to help BIB get a good OFSTED, my troubles started after.

To be exact it was October 2014 when the problems started at BIB because I was eating a banana to enable me from getting sick so I could carry out my normal day-to-day activities. (See Long Service Award – appendix 3). Matters were left to escalate out of control to the point where I became sick and was fearing for my sanity and life in general (see letter/email to Dilys – appendix 4). Because I then take a stance not to be gagged and Discriminated against whilst they tried to gather false evidence to SACK me from the job I’d done. I faced further Direct Discriminations and the entire LEYF organisation colluded and were in cohorts. But I only learnt about this later.

                    False Allegations to blacken my name & ruin my character:  

Staff at BIB were aided and abetted by Central Office staff to Directly Discriminate against me, so they tried every Policy & Procedures in the CONTRACT to get me SACKED on the request of colleagues at BIB & CO staff who decided they wanted me out by fair or foul means. So they made up false allegations on Thursday, sent it to CO and by Friday they carried out a so-called investigation. Because I asked for them to remove the gag (see appendix 4) and to carry out an investigation, I was shipped out the Monday to HOC.  I faced further Direct Discriminations because the area Manager Hilda Miller gave them directions how to treat me unfairly.

                            House of Commons:

They claimed in their investigations they had concerns about me, yet they sent me where staff has to be vetted to work. While they have their so called concerns CO big wigs were visiting BIB (see CEO’s letters November 2014 & January 2015 – appendix 5) yet I was not informed about these concerns. They were not flagged and anything done about them until I received the Disciplinary Letter. Of course this was after I was sent home to rest from my ordeals with pay and I went to the door the next day to find the letter summoning me to the Disciplinary. My Union advised me to find out the grounds under which I was sent home and learned that it was a Medical Suspension.

Dilys tried to trick me into signing an agreement over the telephone and told me when she visited me at HOC she wasn’t trying to set me up, but that’s exactly what she was doing (see letter re HOC visit – appendix 6). To cut a long story short, I had a Union Rep who supported me at the Disciplinary Hearing and brought out some discrepancies. He disappeared off the face of the earth since after promising he could get me a PACKAGE if I didn’t feel up to working with LEYF again. The Union solicitor then turned against me advising me not to appeal the Disciplinary Outcome, but I did. She claimed the employers did not have to prove I’d done anything wrong because it is in the CONTRACT I signed. When I asked her to put what she told me in writing, needless to say she LIED.

Transfer: (4) New Cross Community Nursery 2nd June 2015 – 28th September 2015 

I am currently at loggerheads with LEYF and the Union and I won’t let them get away with what they’ve done to me and countless others. I was passed fit to go back to work, yet LEYF continued with the charade to try to get me out by fair means or foul. Because of my situation, I gave up my RIGHTS and tried to provide for my basic needs under challenging circumstances. But LEYF carried on with the Direct Discrimination and the Union turned a blind eye and offered no support. LEYF threw everything at me to get me to quit, but because by this time I was on the waiting lists for counselling I was concerned that no other employee would give me the chance to get myself back together after the way LEYF treated me causing me to suffer from ill health. 

However I reached the end of my tether when LEYF refused to renew my GRB/DBS despite giving them prior warnings on my return to work on 02.06.2015 that it was running out. I was treated like a paedophile and criminal which further affected my mental health issues that I was awaiting counselling on. However I still decided to give up my Rights and see the difficult situations out. Luckily I started making contingency plans and asked one of Connex-Education Supply Staff to give me the contact information for her agency. I refused to accept the Disciplinary Outcome because the Occupational Health doctor had put Reasonable Adjustments in place.

I put in a Grievance against BIB and a Grievance for the Reasonable Adjustments to be put in place. But like everything LEYF used delaying tactics, pushed my concerns under the mat and carried on with the Direct Discriminations. Only this time they tried to cover their tracks using 3rd Parties to do the dirty deeds. When I decided enough was enough and carried on with my “Defensive Practice” Hilda Miller the Racist area manager who orchestrated all of what happened to me from I transferred to BIB came to have a meeting with me (see letters New Cross– appendix 7). When I stood up for my RIGHTS not to be harassed, bullied and intimidated by anyone, she put the machinery in place to get rid of me.

I understand she claimed she is not working with me… The rest is history. I was called to CO to have a chat with the Director and when I got there it was Neil King and Dilys Epton. They tried bullying me into resigning and when I didn’t, they made more threats and gave me another suspension, saying they would send it in the post. Because this is how LEYF go about doing their dirty work and I have evidence of others they treated exactly like me and I won’t let them get away with it. The false allegations that they made and had to climb down when I appealed stated that the Appeal is a Final Written Warning hence an Instant Dismissal. So I don’t understand why they was going through another Suspension and not sacking me…?

I decided I was going to fight to the end but had to RESIGN when I was in the process of having a Nervous Breakdown. Matters took its toll on my health (see Resignation – appendix 8).  LEYF then lowest of the low when they made an on line application for me after they refused before and treated me like a criminal. I worked with them 6 years and yet I had Agency/Supply Staff supervising me because I could not be left on my own. I had another GRB for the organisation I was doing volunteering with and then they wanted me to bring it in for them to copy. This is the same reasons why the Union is telling me that LEYF can apply online for a DBS for me (see letters – DBS/Union – appendix 9).

LEYF and the Union are abusing their power of authority and because I signed a CONTRACT, that does not mean I should be ENSLAVED by others who choose to flout the laws and legislations of Great Britain. Now Connex-Education can begin to have an insight into why I have to get myself back to good health before I can go back to work full time and find myself having to deal with another harrowing experience like what I’ve been through the past year. This is not the first time and although I am qualified I am been networked against because LEYF will try to destroy vulnerable staff like me who they see as threats to their incompetence (see letter re Post – appendix 10).

I have started my COUNSELLING and I hope with time I can heal so I am able to return full time to doing what I’ve done most of my life, working with young children. That’s my passion in life, laying the foundations so no other child and their parent have to go through what I went through with my child. LEYF and the Union are damned for all I care and any decent person with any shred of Humanity will see them for who they really are. LEYF was once a beacon but have since changed in a dog eat dog society.

If they set out to destroy me, I’ll return the favours, but I have to earn a living so will keep a low profile if they don’t trouble me. Maybe they deserved to be warned if you think so. I am more concerned about the people like myself who are relying on them for their employment otherwise LEYF and the Union can go to hell. After my ordeals at their hands I am entitled to say what I think of them after the way they have made my life hell over a period of a year. My soul has been cleanse now I get this off my chest.

As a result of what is happening in my life I have to seek help to carry on with my life so have to put my CV for public scrutiny. Therefore I find some persons are trying to exploit me for their own gains. They asks why I resigned and when I told the truth, they then treat me like LEYF done and this only makes me feel worse as they promised to get back in touch and don’t bother. There are others who are offering me some measly sums, I’ve done interviews and don’t get feedback because the highest qualified is level 3. I am offered a post and with my qualifications I am offered less than the living wage, yet LEYF thinks it is ok to write a negative reference of 5+ sentences after I worked with them 6 years. They get what they wanted and I resigned, but surely I am entitled to move on with my life without them jeopardising my chance to provide for my basic needs out of spite. I did not start this War, so I won’t allow them to win the Battle. I will fight with every weapons at my disposals to protect my good name and character that they tarnished and tried to destroy.
