The Equality Act 2010
The Equality Act prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment. The impairment is expected to last (12) months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day to day activities.

The Public Law Commission – Hate Crime Law in England and Wales
Currently the Law recognizes (5) five “Protected Characteristics”: 1. Race. 2. Religions. 3. Sexual Orientation. 4. Disability. 5. Transgender Status. There is evidence that the Protected Characteristics are not treated equally.

The Institutional Discrimination that led to the two miscarriages of justice in toxic workplaces after I experienced bereavement and losses led to me having two (2) nervous breakdowns in similar fashions. The first at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. After my recovery from the blacklisting and networking which followed me deciding to challenge the discrimination, I got involved in Fundraising starting with Race 4 Life www.crux.org and has gone on from strength to strength as an influencer who can be found across the internet. I was destined to be involved as Research Participant after the death of my mother when once again allegations were used against me. However this time I guess my experiences why https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/record-retention-and-disposition-schedules no longer exists might be an indication of why LEYF can get away saying they have no data for me. After https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions-ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 was used to make me a victim.
I was tricked into going on Medical Suspension in breach of the Contract I signed. The day after I was escorted out of the HOC Nursery by the Manager, claiming Security was High and I have no Pass was a relief because I believed Senior HR Dilys Epton who visited on 27/3/2015, that I was sent to rest from my ordeal. The next day, a Saturday I was in for the shock of my life when I opened the “Invitation to Disciplinary”. My address was tampered with and I have had difficulties ever since as a result, which added to my mental and physical disabilities. By this time I was a nervous wreck because I had contacted the Senior HR on 14/3/2014, the eve of Mothering Sunday to share my plight with her about what was happening to me at BIB. However, my vulnerability of having disabilities was used against me. After contacting my son and brother, I was advised to inform the Union. I was advised by the www.voicetheunion.org.uk Solicitor Arwen and later given a Union Rep Darren Mahon, who accompanied me to the Disciplinary Hearing. I will focus more on this in another publication.
The Occupational Health Doctor Laura Crawford – Mental Health Research
I was advised by Dr Laura Crawford of www.healthmanltd.com to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations. I had sessions with www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark at the Maudsley Hospital. That is how I got involved with http://www.radar-cns.org and became a participant in Mental Health Research. I worked at Mapother House Day Nursery Kings College Hospital Workplace Nursery 2003-2008 when I resigned with a nervous breakdown after the death of my brother. Please note the pattern of Institutional Discrimination that I would encounter after I experience bereavement and losses. It was during counselling that I discovered how I developed Childhood Traumas and how my mother might have suffered from Mental and Physical Disabilities from an early age like I have.
Physical Disabilities – Arthritis and Diabetes – Diabetes Research
Although l has arthritis, the focus is diabetes from the time I was on borderline in 2012 and doing the www.desmond-project.org.uk to when LEYF denied knowledge of my condition despite giving me Reasonable Adjustment when I worked at Luton Street. The following is an outcome of how the Police set about to Discriminate Against Mervelee Myers Making me a Victim. Some of the Information is Based on Data Collected in Line with GDPR 2018 from sources relating to my story. The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has published an Action Plan to improve trust and confidence in the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) and to address community concerns about the disproportionality in the use of certain police powers affecting Black Londoners. MM Updates: Sadiq Khan is not standing up for most Londoners who faced Discrimination on any Grounds. As for saying:
1. “Tough on Crime – putting over 1,000 more Police Officers on our streets since 2016”. I will tell him I will name those involved in Hate Crimes against me since 30/10/2017.
2. “Tough on the causes of crime – investing record sums in youth clubs and sports facilities for young Londoners”. I will throw some light on how LEYF is responsible for Hate Crimes by grooming those in their employment as Apprentices from the time I had to advise a young man who was suffering depression. Because his cousin was involved in Ben Kinsella murder. Refer WWW.SADIQ.LONDON for more.
MM updates: Is this why after the www.met.police.uk refused to act on my concerns about verbal threats by www.peachespublications.co.uk and https://www.ryanclement.com they showed up at my house on 30/10/2017 to section me from the malicious report of Winsome Duncan who was groomed by Ryan Clement. By the way both are black. But none of the Police Officers involved at this point are black. Refer to www.hctgroup.org for the statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment that was used by Barrister Ryan Clement to get Winsome Duncan to use against me after I signed the Engagement Agreement with her.
The Action Plan has been developed following a series of consultations with more than 400 individuals and groups that either work with or within Black communities. MM Updates: This is not clear if there was anyone directly affected involved with these consultations. As am positive the MPS could learn from Counter-terrorism as a crime prevention: a holistic approach.

A broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism can be based on nine preventative mechanisms: building normative barriers against terrorism, reducing radicalisation and recruitment, deterrence, disruption, incapacitation, protecting vulnerable targets, reducing benefits to terrorists, reducing harm, and facilitating disengagement from terrorism. Counter-terrorist policies which are only based on a narrow range of repressive mechanisms and military measures tend to become overly heavy-handed, producing serious negative side effects which serve to enhance the problem rather than reducing it. A more holistic approach, making use of the entire range of preventative mechanisms, may lighten the impact of the “hard” measures by relying more on the impact of the “softer” and more positive measures to build moral barriers, reduce recruitment, and facilitate exit from terrorist movements. MPS: The work was undertaken in response to concerns raised about the disproportionate use of police powers, including stop and search, the use of force and Taser. MM Updates: Let me apply the 9 preventative mechanisms to argue my points about the Metropolitan Police and IOPC discrimination against me in breach of the “Protected Characteristics” of the Equality Act 2010 and Section 60 of the Act. However, I must mention the missed opportunities of the Police in applying all preventative mechanisms in my case after they came to section me on a malicious report despite refusing to act when I raised concerns about verbal threats in October 2017. Right away I can refer readers to an extract or paragraph in “Our Decisions About Your Complaint” In her use of force notes, PC Wright has stated “female was actively resisting arrest and trying to leave the room. (Am in my own house that I consider my sanctuary after Domestic Violence, yet Police can hold me prisoner without any due cause). She was struggling with Officers and tensing up, making her difficult to restrain. (Refer to my Chronic Anxiety Diagnosis 18/7/2006 for my www.open.ac.uk Health & Social Care Level 2 Exam, sponsored by http://unison.org.uk for more). Force was used to apply handcuffs to secure her, (Why did 3 Police Officers all of whom are bigger than me need to use force to apply handcuffs. By this time, my Panic Attack must have started that would render me unable to do anything other than freeze. From the time I damage my back defending myself when I was attacked, I do not retaliate). Thus, protecting officers (What biases did these 3 Offices got fed that they must ASSAULT me to protect themselves from me? I swear, I do not do physical). And assisting the arrest (The Police arrested me unlawfully because even the Decision clarifies I was not given any alternatives to attend Walworth Road Police Station. I have a valid reason as a person with disabilities to have any numbers of the 9 Preventative Mechanisms in place. Furthermore, I called the number on 30/11/2020 and no one answered the phone). And preventing disappearance. (Why did I invite the Police in my house if I was thinking about disappearing, I did not have to because it was the 30/11/2020 and not 1/12/2020 when I was due for the interview). Whilst struggling with the female, (Please refer to GP Medical Report for ET and one that was written from talking to the GP when I noticed bruises on my arm. I would not be struggling with any female and this is a lie). She took hold of the handle of my Taser (I do not know what a Taser looks like and I would fear any equipment used by the Officers that I cannot see myself even touching anyone. This is part of my Studies and Trainings). I used pain compliance techniques on her fingers to release her grip”. (Why did I not feel any of that pain or impacts from the pain compliance techniques? It was Sergeant Patel who noticed the bruises from the handcuffs). She has further stated that her use of force powers came from s.3 Criminal Law Act 1967 (Proof if any were needed that PC Holly Sweeney called me a CRIMINAL and said anywhere, I was seen I would be arrested when she called me on 29/11/2020. The mistakes Police made was to fail in carrying out the plots to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE. They were not aware my husband was here. They thought I was on my own). MM Updates: Evidence of the Police Institutional Discrimination against BLACK PEOPLE why there are so many reviews received. Because with Intellectual Imbeciles like PC Neil Solliss who was in email contact with me 7-14 I cannot see how he could come up with such a DECISION. However, like https://www.gov.uk Legal Systems he must have thought 7 years of DISCRIMINATION prevented me functioning with claims in the Decision breaching every Rules of Laws. According to him his Decision is like a Book, I will not know what is in it until I read it. 3. CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk Claim Number: F45YM082 Date: 29/11/2019. Amongst Claims sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order. The Designated Civil Judge HHJ Marc Dight was found to have a Misconduct against him issued on my DOB 2020. Once I put the information in the public domain, he was replaced with HHJ Parfitt. Who is the CRIMINAL here?
4. The www.barstandardsboard.org.uk Career Criminal Michael Carter is still to contact me about https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones. Yet her Claims was the one used as test case at CLCC on 2/9/2020. She was advocating on behalf of www.personnelconsultancy.com who she had representing LEYF as a Solicitor and carrying out her Unprofessional Operations from John Fenton’s Business. After the case I see on https://twitter.com that a Solicitor from www.womblebonddickinson.com/legal by the SRA. They are all CRIMINALS hiding under the umbrellas of the Judiciary of England & Wales and Criminal Justice Systems to target vulnerable people on behalf of ABUSERS at LEYF.
5. There is the case of www.judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk Justice Ingrid Simler advocating on behalf of Criminals not to be deported to Jamaica in www.express.co.uk. But sent my Claims to EAT with caveats for disabilities and agreed with Paul Kernaghan, Judicial Ombudsman, former Police that HHJ Shanks deal with the fact. Is it any wonder there are so many REVIEWS because the POLICE is a TERROR CELL for those who target Vulnerable Black Women with DISABILITIES and make up such DECISIONS?
6. The www.sra.org.uk needs to check www.bwbllp.com and their role with LEYF ABUSE Rings. Because they get Facebook and Twitter Legal Teams to contact me after the judgment was posted online. In the letter dated 16/8/2017 Bates Wells Braithwaite claim LEYF was their client. This is proof of how the Legal Systems conspire to discriminate against me. Mr John Fenton’s letter in www.ico.org.uk states that LEYF did not retain BWB as a client after they write to me on 24/9/2015. I had written to BWB thanking them for not taking up the case for LEYF and the letter was sent to Mr Fenton who mentioned it when I applied for Additional Witness Statements when Winsome Duncan sent me the reviews that were online. Because I was unable to access LEYF website.
7. I bend over backwards to help the MPS get this matter sorted arranging a Meeting with Tammie Tebboth and Owen Pyle at Southwark Police Station. As can be verified from contents on my Websites, YouTube, Social Media, and correspondences with Police and IOPC. The Police continuing the HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT from they barged into my home on 30/10/2017.
8. Then come back on 30/11/2020 to MURDER me on behalf of www.leyf.org.uk to say I committed SUICIDE. We will see if the CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971 overrides the other Rules of Laws with my evidence about developing “Childhood Traumas” during PUBERTY. I was lying in bed listening to BBC Radio 4 Appeal when my attention was drawn to the mention of Parkinson’s disease. For me, the word Parkinson’s was like a red flag to a raging bull because of the effects the disease had on my Family when I was younger. Therefore, Parkinson’s is embedded in my DNA and although I am better equipped to deal with it now, before it was a nightmare. I listened to every word uttered by Gavin Hastings as he described the signs and symptoms of Parkinson’s as they resonated with me. I can empathise with Gavin Hastings and his family when he talked movingly about the impact on his family when his wife was diagnosed with the condition at the age of 39 years old.
I know almost everything there is to know about this dreaded Parkinson’s disease because of my own personal experiences from an early age. My family that is my dad and younger uncle were affected by Parkinson’s, and this had very devastating effects on their lives and that of the families. Worse was to come for me when I discovered at the age of 20 years that the only reasons, I had underachieved throughout my school life and until the discovery was that I have Parkinson’s disease. I guess I should have known earlier about the evidence staring me in the face, but I did not.
Dad took sick and was signed off from work when I was still at Primary School and died when I was 20 years old. I helped mum with his care especially in the last years of his life because I had become a parent and a stay-at-home mum whilst mum took on dad’s role of main bread winner. Therefore, I had all the time in the world to witness and identify the signs and symptoms of Parkinson that were manifested in my daily life. So, from an early age I started experiencing some of the ailments that are associated with Parkinson disease. In later life when I realised that depression was intricately linked to Parkinson’s, I could better understand my changing mood swings when Parkinson’s decided to take a hold on me. Sadly, for me if I had all this knowledge that I have now at my disposal my life might have turned out differently?
I grew up being incredibly angry about having the bad luck of the only surviving girl in the family. Only to be struck down with the same afflictions which rendered my dad useless in every sense of the word for many years of his short life. Unlike dad who had his God along with his Christian beliefs to see him through those difficult years in his life. I had no one to turn to with my dilemma, so I became a rebel and blamed dad’s God for failing us. I just could not understand how the God that dad loved, worshipped, and dedicated his every existence could allow dad to suffer the way he did? Although I had the nerves to question God’s handling of the matter, my dad’s faith in his God never faltered. In retrospect I am more than glad that dad was steadfast in his beliefs and I am happy to say I inherited some of his traits that are priceless and make the person I am today.
By this time, I have 2 children so must stop feeling sorry for myself and get on with this business called life of fulfilling my roles and responsibilities as a single mum. So, I set about being accountable by making some life changing decisions to benefit my children and myself. I was already prescribed Valium in my teens, and I made my own self-diagnosis that I had inherited my dad and uncle’s condition. There was absolutely nothing I could do about it, so had to live the best way I could manage. I knew without a doubt from I was 20 years old that I have PARKINSON’S DISEASE and I have tried to live my life around the condition ever since.
With knowledge comes wisdom and power and I have benefited enormously from the enhanced knowledge over the years as I have studied and being given opportunities to change my life. But surprise of surprises anyone with my condition is opened to DISCRIMINATIONS because of ignorance. I was penalised for becoming an ADVOCATE applying knowledge to identify children and families with diverse and complex needs so they can benefit from early intervention strategies. I am still facing misunderstandings as my deep concerns are misconstrued to show me in a bad light. These days I am using my knowledge, values and beliefs to good effects hoping my forward-thinking visions and aspirations will prevent anyone else going through what I went through in my school life and later.
I am striving to stay away from confrontations because I know that lack of knowledge creates ignorance. As I said when I first embarked on studies at Lambeth College and done a placement at Turney Special School – “You cannot tell by looking…” I know exactly what I am talking about on certain matters because I have the experiences to back up my arguments. These days instead of succumbing to the pitfalls associated with conflicts and confrontations, I spend my time writing about my Life Journeys.
I give my dad’s GOD the honour and praises for seeing me through as I struggle, because I am still a sceptic. However, I am a more tolerant person, and I am glad to say my condition has not deteriorated any further from when I left Jamaica over 21 years ago. I know I have all the signs and symptoms that will never go away, but I am managing. I may have pass on my condition to 1 of my children but I know advancement in science have brought hopes to persons like me who have inherited a condition like Parkinson’s. I am detailing my life in writings so one day my family will get the chance to see me in a different light and may began to get a clearer picture of who I am and why I did not become the person I expected to? After reporting another Crime on 8/2/2021 the Police come to my house to ask me if I have been in any CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES the past 12 months. Decided I am going to apply some old-fashioned K&E to motivate myself by setting up a Forrest School ethos as part of the EYFS. My Parents taught me well, so I am more than equipped to take on such a Venture! There is a massive outdoor space that is presently a Dump, so since I am managing my Health Conditions with D&E, I will just get stuck in. Who knows I might just hit the HL 4 the RR…? It is amazing to know that some children have not a clue where some of the food they eat come from…? Councillor Ashter Nembhard 15.08.1956-1994
In recognition of the contributions of the late Ashter Nembhard of Gaga Street, Townhead, Westmoreland to the development of Social Amenities across Townhead and surrounding areas. Ashter was educated at the local Townhead Primary School under the tutor ledge of Mrs Ura Welch and all the teachers of that era. After working at the MooYoungs business at Frome he ventured into politics where he was defeated at his first election. However, he was elected as a Parish Councillor for the Cornwall Mountain Division on his second attempt. Ashter wore many hats during his short life on earth. He was News Correspondent, worked with the Social Development Commission promoting Local Youth Clubs activities across the parish of Westmoreland www.jamaicalabourparty.com. Most importantly for me he was the originator of Walker Kickstone and Company as he would travel the length and breathe of Jamaica drumming up support for any CAUSES that he believed in. Ashter was instrumental in seeking and getting Local and International Aids from all corners of the Globe in aid of the many Youth Clubs throughout the length and breathe of Westmoreland. Ashter was one of the most generous persons who lived on this EARTH. Hope he finds Joy & Eternal Peace. The House Slaves Mentality
Please read my correspondences with the Metropolitan Police and Independent Office for Police Conduct IOPC to understand why Police will always treat BLACKS as criminals. When I visited the Walworth Police Station, 12-28 Manor Place, London SE17 3RL Your Crime Reference Number: 30132321/04 Crime Management Unit, Southwark Police Station, 321 Borough High Street, London SE1 1JH to report. I was only treated seriously because I have a British Passport. So, for an ASIAN Inspector of Police to ask me if I have a British Passport after commenting how FIT I look is reminiscent to the treatment of the Slaves and Indentured Labourers in Jamaica.

Receipt E 1716139 Brixton Station MET Division 02/11/1998 Received from MERVELEE IONIE MYERS, 17 DENCHWORTH HOUSE, STOCKWELL SW9 the sum of £10 TEN POUNDS (cheque) DATA PROTECTION ACCESS. Because of my Hidden Disabilities I have always adhered to Rules of Law as I am unable to cope with stress of any kinds. I know the triggers and would walk away from altercations to be on the safe side.
Domestic Abuse
I left from the home I lived from the age of four (4) years old where I lived a sheltered life to come to the UK. Therefor when I experienced Domestic Violence, I recall my brother ASHTER NEMBHARD was always there for me 100%. We were closest in age and he was my favourite brother. The fact that he experienced Discrimination from a young age because like all my siblings we were different, might have led to him keeping in contacts regularly. He would write to encourage me and shared his plans, even his funeral arrangements. In the end my brother was abused to the point where he felt he had to take the law in his hands. He was let down by the same systems that have done the same to me. He committed a Criminal Act and waited in church for the Police to come for him. He died in jail on his own without seeing any of his family in 1994. I can still remember the time I heard about my brother’s death after coming home from a christening. I know my brother was dying but did not expect him to, he was on thirty-seven (7) years old. I did not attend his funeral because the money I had would serve to give him a decent burial. Once more death had taken another of my family and someone, I could rely on to be there when I needed support. He knew about the Domestic Abuse I experienced at the hands of my husband and how his woman would gang up on me. My brother lived in the USA so understood what it was like living abroad.
By 2000 matters reached ahead but I must be grateful I was not on my own 8/9/2000 or I would not be writing this about how discrimination ruined my life. I came in from working and my husband was up to his old tricks and I am the person who talks up for my rights. I was not surprised when my husband attacked me, but I was not expecting what happened next when he pinned me down in the settee/sofa and was strangling me. All I could do to defend myself was to bite the hand he was using to hurt and his sister position herself between us and I ran out the house. The only place I could think of going for safety was BRIXTON POLICE STATION, 367 Brixton Road, London, SW9 7DD Crime Reference: 1239892/0013 on 8/9/2000. I visited the BPS before when Mr Myers abused me or locked me out of the house. Because my name was not on the Tenancy Agreement the Police could not act. Despite Mr Myers’ pleas I refuse to return to his home after spending the night at his son Bradley’s home. I was not given any assistance by the Council as I was not pregnant or fall within any of the categories on their list.
SOUTHWARK WOMEN’S AID – HOMELESSNESS
My resilience developed during the “Personal Challenges” I experienced because of circumstances over which I had no choices must have come to my rescue because once I made the decision that I was going it alone, I got on with making the most of a bad situation. From the signposting I ended up signing an Agreement between Southwark Women’s Aid of 16 Relf Road, London SE15 (Registered Charity Number 271785) for permission to stay at 365 Upland Road – East Dulwich on 14 September 2000.
MPS: But it is clear more needs to be done. City Hall figures show Black Londoners have less confidence and less trust in the MPS than white Londoners and that there remains a persistent disproportionality in the way certain police powers affect Black Londoners. MM Updates: Let me start in chronological order backdating.

On 8/2/2021 after reporting an incident 2 Police Officers visited my home and am sure they were aware who I am that is why I informed them I am recording them when I was asked “Have you been involved in any CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES the past 12 months?” Like the way I have been treated from www.leyf.org.uk label me UURICA-LE to trigger my PTSD I am still waiting to hear from the MPS.
2. On 26/1/2021 PC Holly Sweeney turned up at my home with an envelope. This was a deliberate act by the MPS sending her to my home on my mother’s birthday. I was advised by www.healthmanltd.com Dr Laura Crawford to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.
3. On 8/1/2021 I attended WPS for a pre-booked Interview Appointment. Because of my OCD I was present ahead of the time http://www.radar-cns.org. But PC Sweeney claims to have an appointment an hour ahead of the time I was given. The threats in the Summons in the hand delivered letter can trigger my PTSD and that is why PC Sweeney lied again. ln light of the “Decisions to my Complaint” I could have been arrested like what happened on the 30/11/2020 after PC Sweeney called my mobile that was HACKED. Called me a CRIMINAL, threatened I would be arrested anywhere am seen and hung up on 29/11/2020. This is how my VULNERABILITY of having Mental and Physical Disabilities have been used against me after experiencing bereavement and losses.
4. On 1/12/2020 2 Female Police Officers showed up at my house and before giving me time to open the door started banging on my door after first ringing my bell. This was actions to trigger my PTSD, for me to act irrationally so they can accuse me of not cooperating. Their purpose for coming was to capture evidence on their Body Cameras pretending it happened on the 30/11/2020. They only stopped acting like the THUGS they are from Racial Profiling going round the MPS when I told them I know my rights. They like the 4 Officers who came on the 30/11/2020 did not use PPE. Imagine my mortification when I could not use my bathroom without someone who could possibly be my grandchild sticking her foot in the door, in case I ESCAPED, where to? The Equality Act 2010 prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment. The impairment is expected to last 12 months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day to day activities. The MPS is responsible for hate crimes against me from 30/10/2017. The 2 females showed no concerns for my elderly husband who was crying. But as soon as I informed PS LAWES who acted humanely so I could go back home, once he heard my husband was crying. They started acting concerned about me and why I cried when I was telling about my husband. There were no concerns about the fact I was beaten up by 3 Officers and taken out in handcuffs half naked, in the cold.
5. There is one law for MERVELEE MYERS as the Solicitors says there is no Statutory Law for when the MPS will get back to me about my case. Where does that leave a person with Mental & Physical Disabilities? Refer to www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/ for more. Because PC Lulu did send my data to the Maudsley Hospital for them to contact me after I told him I received CBT and showed him my CBT Report.
The Mayor wants all communities across London to feel they can trust their police service and have confidence that the police use their powers to keep them safe. It’s crucial that the police are trusted to be able to use their powers to bear down on the scourge of violent crime in our city – which has a devastating effect on families and communities, and which the Mayor and the Met police Commissioner, Cressida Dick, have made it their top priority to tackle. From City Hall, the Mayor commits, as part of the action plan, to invest £1.7 million to develop greater community involvement in police officer training and in the recruitment and progression of Black officers in the MPS. MM Updates: How about the Mayor’s Office stop the TOKENISM of MERVELEE MYERS and have a look at the correspondences where I said I want to be part of Communities of Practices working with PS LAWES who acted to SAFEGUARD 2 VULNERABLE PERSONS when I was taken to Brixton Police on the 1/12/2020. Let me do reverse Chronology:
1. I have written to Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin and copied Met Police Commissioner and Mayor of London in.
2. I have sent in my Review to MOPAC and requested an answer, but like all involved in the DISCRIMINATION covering up LEYF ABUSE RINGS, they using the delaying tactics hoping they can get me with CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971 at the Court on 16/4/2021.
3. To be specific I will use Case Number: F21YM135 dated 24 October 2019 Andrew Truby Lawyer FOR THE DIRECTOR GENERAL as an example of how the IOPC is not fit for purpose. Is it any wonder am questioning the roles of how “Divide and Rule” is embedded in the Rules of Law when MPS used the Ratna Khanam https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk to discriminate against ME?
4. Case Number: F45YM082 dated 29 November 2019 is amongst several claims at Central London County Court for Designated Civil Judge to consider whether a Civil Restraint Order should be made.
5. Knowing the triggers to my DISABILITIES I have done everything in my power to avoid the HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT the MPS created from the time they refused to act on my concerns but come to section me from a MALICIOUS REPORT by a SCAMMER and her GROOMER.
6. Here are dates to note when I trust the POLICE A. 02/11/1998 Data Protection Access. B. Crime Reference: 1329892/0013 date 8/9/2000. C. Crime Reference: 30132321/04 when my money was defrauded, and I begged South London Press to publish my story. The Walworth Police only acted because I have British Citizenship. So, for Sergeant Patel to ask me that question in a Racially Motivated manner on 30/11/2020 is Institutional RACISM by an MPS Officer that is akin to Hate Crime. D. I visited Southwark Police 12/4/2004 Andrew 02072326633 when I was threatened by my ex-husband’s family.
Conclusion: If am in any danger I would not consider going to the MPS for rescue in fear of how the DISCRIMINATION especially since the “Our Decision to Your Complaint” was written by 4 Police Officers whose only purpose to visit my home was to MURDER me to claim I committed SUICIDE.
Refer to: In her use of force notes, PC Wright has stated “female was actively resisting arrest and trying to leave the room. MM: I was a captive in my home on the date before I was expected to be at WPS for interview. She was struggling with the Officer and tensing up, making her difficult to restrain. MM: Refer to GP Medical Report 18/7/2006 Chronic Anxiety. Force was used to apply handcuffs to secure her, thus protecting Officers and assisting the arrest and preventing disappearance. MM: The fact I was assaulted by Inspector Owen Pyle who was in the www.express.co.uk boasting on https://www.twitter.com about incidents at Nottinghill Carnival can tell you the mindset of these Officers. Whilst struggling with the female, she took hold of the handle of my Taser, so I used pain compliance techniques on her fingers to release her grip”. MM: Tammie Tebboth who made sure my stepson who I had asked to be in the Meeting with me at Southwark Police Station was not present. Then she verbally abused me, threatening to get the strait jacket if I did not calm down. I have Kevin Webster on record talking to my stepson about getting back to me. Why have they not gotten back in touch?

2. The www.moneyclaim.gov.uk All my claims that they could not strike out sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order. Who is the CRIMINAL?

Yet the CCMCC used her case at CLCC to get Restraint Order and HHJ Parfitt imposed fine for me to pay her £17,000.00. For what ABUSE in the Reviews online that the ET Panel rejected me submitting Additional Witness Statement. She was given reference by Judge Freer to be on Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel.
4. The www.sra.org.uk claim LEYF can use my DISABILITIES against me. Refused to act on my complaints about www.personnelconsultancy.com Mr John Fenton represented LEYF as a lawyer. 5. What is the role of http://www.bwbllp.com that got https://www.facebook.com and https://www.twitter.com Legal Team to contact me. 6. The role of www.courtenforcementservicesltd.co.uk that failed to collect my money from Ryan Clement and expected me to pay to abort the judgement.
The Negligence of Judiciary of England & Wales and Criminal Justice Systems
- Open Letter to PM David Cameron resulted in training. However, www.hctgroup.org refused me the training I was promised after Volunteering. I was in Impact Report 2016 and Statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides associated with unemployment used to make me a victim.

Taking Action
The Action Plan – which the MPS has welcomed and has committed to take forward actions specific to the police service – focuses on:
An overhaul of community monitoring structures to ensure that London’s diverse communities are better represented – Black communities will have an even greater role in monitoring a wider range of police powers, including stop and search, the use of Tasers and complaints. There will be greater community involvement in scrutiny of the MPS – particularly including the Territorial Support Group and Violent Crime Taskforce. The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) will produce a quarterly race equality audit of the Met’s use of its powers and launch a three-month project with communities to co-design and launch this new scrutiny process. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers is DEMANDING a place here.
Stricter oversight and scrutiny of the ‘smell of cannabis’ used as sole grounds for stop and search –Stop and searches with grounds solely based on the smell of cannabis will be subjected to London-wide scrutiny panels and body worn video footage is being made available to communities for further scrutiny to ensure officers are not relying on the smell of cannabis alone when deciding to stop and search, and use grounds based on multiple objective factors.2
Research into stop and search using Body Worn Video (BWV) footage – Academic research to be undertaken of a sample of body worn video footage to understand better the nature of stop and search interactions and the behaviour factors of officers or individuals that lead to escalation in the use of force. MM Updates: The 4 Officers did not seem to have turned theirs on because their aim was to MURDER me. Next day they sent 2 Female Officers to capture evidence on theirs to use for the 4 who visited on 30/11.2020. They are LIARS.
Public scrutiny – The Mayor and Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime, together with a panel of community members, will scrutinise the work of the MPS. Londoners could also submit questions to be answered by the MPS Commissioner and senior officers. MM Updates: I meet Luke Williams at Southwark Area Meeting. Unfortunately, Goodwin Perrot and Owen Pyle turned out to be RACIST BIGOTS. Others I can name off the top of my head are Tammie Tebboth and Jill Horsfill. I will be listing all Police Officer involved from October 2017 whose names are on correspondences in my next write up.
Pilot project to review vehicle stops and call for mandatory data collection – The Mayor has asked the MPS to launch a new year-long pilot project to review samples of vehicle stops to identify any disproportionality relating to ethnicity. The Mayor has also written to the Prime Minister to request it be made statutory for the police to collect and publish data on ethnicity for all road traffic stops as part of the Home Office Annual Data Requirement. The letters also asks that the Codes of Practice supporting the Police And Criminal Evidence (PACE) Act – under which street searches are carried out – be extended to cover road traffic stops to more clearly define the limits of the powers.
Improvements to training and diversity in the MPS include: MM Updates: Those I have been dealing with from 2017 need to go back to the EYFS Prime & Specific Areas of the Curriculum.
Developing community-led training for police officers – The MPS has committed to increase community input by default into specific aspects of the training given to new recruits. This will be made possible by City Hall investment of £1m per year. MM Updates: MPS must settle my Claims from 2019. Not to mention most recent. Since MPS have the audacity to charge me under CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971 when I developed Childhood Traumas. I managed and controlled my Disabilities until HATE CRIMES after bereavement and losses 2 times.
Challenging aims for Black police officer recruitment – The MPS want to see as many as 40 per cent of new recruits from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic backgrounds from 2022. The Commissioner has also decided the MPS will immediately re-introduce the London residency criteria for most new recruits and will be supported by £300,000 of City Hall investment to encourage young Black Londoners to consider a career in policing. MM Updates: My brother joined the Jamaica Constabulary Service during an Island wide Recruitment Drive. If you want to know the story am willing to share. His first job was at Carifesta after graduation from Police Training School July 1976. My first son was born August 1976. If he had started a family when he got married, I could be PC Holly Sweeney GRANDMOTHER. But the POLICE sent her to lead a MURDER SQUAD to my home on 30/11/2020. After she phoned me on 29/11/2020, called me a CRIMINAL and threatened me with ARREST.
Delivery of the Action Plan starts immediately, and City Hall will involve communities in regular meetings to review the progress made towards the Action Plan’s objectives, the first of which will be in February 2021. MM Updates: Where is my invitation?

The https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk are Liberty Takers who will be proven as RACIST BIGOTS who came to MURDER me to say I Committed SUICIDE on 30/11/2020.
