Despite following the procedures I was asked for I was not allowed to use my account. This is the true account of my journey as an Influencer on LinkedIn before I was targeted by Liz Roberts of www.nurseryworld.co.uk FORUM on behalf of LEYF and cohorts. I was invited via memo sent by LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan to employees of LEYF in 2011. Whilst some of my colleagues were reluctant because they know about the track record of discrimination at Westminster Children Society (WCS), I was not privy to that information. However, I experienced it first hand at Fitzrovia Community Nursery from Interim Manager Maria Goncalves and Area Manager Maria Freeman. I transferred to Luton Street Community Nursery because Joelle Lax spoke up for me when she visited from Holcroft and recognized me as a former colleague in my first job out of https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk at William Wilberforce, Lambeth Walk Day Nursery. The matter was raised at https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more. I am advocating on behalf of any employee who faced discrimination as I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers that I found online because after the interview I was not contacted about the outcome.
Here is when I realised I was targeted by LinkedIn after I was excluded from NWM FORUM and Liz Roberts sent me an email. Which is part of my Defensive Practice of course. Since I was the person who convince some of my colleagues to join because by then I was using www.adwords.google.com to publish at https://www.google.com at G+ I was learning to use my passion for writing and photography making a difference in the Early Years Sector. I also invested in http://www.myvision.org.uk making my dreams realities sharing stories about my experiences providing a “Support Network” for others. I was advised by some of my Lambeth College tutors I could use my assignments for my “First Book”.
In order to cut to the chase I will continue my journey in reverse order. Because at some point LinkedIn refuse me access to my account and learning about “Image Rights” I want to know how that impact on me and my “Intellectual Property” I shared from I joined in 2012. Let me put on record that LinkedIn is party to cyberbullying and cybercrimes against me. The photo is mine so LinkedIn is guilty of stealing my Image Rights for that day. Here is more proof of how Social Media is guilty of breaching all Rules of Laws because Facebook give LEYF access to my data on 18/9/2015.
I was invited to LEYF CO on the 22/9/2020 for Neil King to harass, intimidate and bully me to write an on the spot resignation as was done to Karen Walker in 2013. The same date Senior HR Dilys Epton sent me a LinkedIn Request. I was suspended because the Disciplinary Appeal was coming to an end and they wanted to get rid of me by foul or fair means. Refer to www.healthmanltd.com Medical Report. After challenging Neil King I was sent on Suspension again. My question for LEYF is why did Neil King resign during the Employment Tribunal Case? There are questions for June O’Sullivan to answer about why she sanction the discrimination of females in Leadership-Management roles with Karen Walker first and surrounding herself with Males of questionable characters. Why did Rashid Iqbal forced to resign but attending the ET as a witness to lie? As can be seen from the endorsement, I discussed studying for my SEND Teacher Qualifications with the 2 eminent Leaders in the Early Childhood Sector. Yet days after meeting I was Suspended by those who targeted me after my transfer to BIB.
I was contacted by www.bwbllp.com on 24/9/2015 and after the “Open Letter” and other correspondences re my email used for online DBS, I did not hear from them again. Until the judgment went online and I was contacted by Twitter and Facebook Legal Teams on their behalf. It was www.personnelconsultancy.com that represented LEYF pretending to be a Lawyer until the Adjournment he disappeared from the scene. Throughout I encountered https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones who is one of the most corrupt person I have the misfortune to be amongst. She operated from www.7br.co.uk and was represented at CLCC by www.womblebonddickinson.com/legal Solicitors where it was reported a lawyer was charged. As far www.barstandardsboard.org.uk am waiting a year+ for the review about my complaint. The www.sra.org.uk is no better. That leaves me with www.moneyclaim.gov.uk that is a Scammers Paradise.
I will end saying Social Media is responsible along with www.voicetheunion.org.uk and others from the https://www.gov.uk Legal Entities for making me a victim of my PTSD and Physical Disabilities failing to act about the discrimination I have to invest in https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to share about. Tell http://www.met.police.uk to think about updated Rules of Laws other than CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971. As for https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk your claim is amongst those sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order. So HHJ Marc Dight has Misconduct, they sent HHJ Parfitt.
