I was advised by Voice Solicitor Arwen Makin and given a Union Rep Darren Mahon to instruct and represent me at the Disciplinary Hearing. The saddest thing of all after attending the Hearing and promising to help me get a Settlement from LEYF, he disappeared without trace. But surprising of all was Solicitor Arwen Makin advice over the telephone that I should not appeal the Disciplinary. When I asked her to put in writing she lied and that has been my life from then.
Use of my Data Fraudulently
Voice continue giving me advice that was not conducive to managing my Disabilities that were triggered using Data from my FILE, that I was refused access by LEYF. My email was used for online DBS application after LEYF refused to send me the link. My correspondences with VOICE are proof of the approach they adopted once Darren Mahon disappeared. Not much have changed, except that VOICE is another of those taking my money and contributing to my Mental and Physical decline since the death of my mother and LEYF deciding to target me.

How The County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch continues Discrimination?
Following the correspondences from the above accepting VOICE defence of the claim and setting out dates. How can District Judge Manners have a sitting at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch on 13 February 2020 to strike out my Claim as being totally without merit there being no discernible cause of action against the Defendant? As a result of the DISCRIMINATION by the above I have taken them to County Court Money Claims Centre. Because they started the discrimination with my claims against Winsome Duncan after we reached Telephone Mediation. Once again, my VULNERABILITY is used against me to trigger my PTSD. I should not still have to deal with F22YM276 because the Judges at the above decided to join discrimination against me striking out my claim. Without Prejudice it is proven fact that www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is party to discrimination against me in the way my claims have been strike out. Yet the Claim is amongst those sent to Central London County Court for Designated Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order. When I done the research and found out HHJ Marc Dight has a misconduct from http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk he was replaced by HHJ Parfitt.
